They were super accommodating here. Shout out to Marquis and William! They were both super helpful and awesome. They made coming from another carrier incredibly easy.

Walked in, waited by the front door as directed by the signs. Waited for 5 minutes for one of the reps to complete with other customers. After those ppl left she never acknowledged me. Both employees looked right at me and said nothing. So I waited another couple mins while she cleaned a bit. After she finished she still completely ignored me. So, I came out to my car to sit and write this before I went to another T-mobile. Skip this one. They did not value me as a customer. What if I had just won the lotto and wanted to buy all my friends phones?

I visited with a iPhone that wasn’t working On the afternoon of July 5th and Javier was extremely helpful and kind in getting a resolution for the issue. Thanks Javier!

I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but just wanted to say that the T-Mobile representatives at this location are amazing. I had a not so great experience with Verizon and they had locked up my account for a fictitious billing amount. I thought I would have a hard time trying to get another provider. However, the associates that work at this location were so helpful and catered to my need to be practical and budget conscious. A special thank you to Daniel Gonzalez for being so kind and being my main point of contact. Going forward i will be requesting him for any additional products I need. And to David and Joel that took the time to assist with best options.

This branch was really good 5+ years ago when Joel use to work there! They use to strive to provide the up most professional service! Threw out the years it's been getting worse. This branch has issue with wait time, not enough Spanish speakers.issues that are so called resolved are only temporary. With all do respect to the "good workers" there.this store is a pathetic joke and excuse my language.p. S if you tend to go in there a lot for help be very careful because they will try and "accuse" you of theft just to get rid of you, I promise you!

It is sort of like hit and miss. Some staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and then other ones are arrogant and not friendly. We always end up coming back, so I guess it's not that bad ;)

Great experience today! Went in tonight and was greeted promptly and told I would be assisted shortly.

Within a couple minutes I was helped by Daniel. I briefly explained that I was most likely having a SIM card issue. After listening to the description of my problem he agreed.

He had me taken care of within minutes. He provided friendly service and resolved my problem. I'll be back.

Years ago when I had Verizon I thought wow there's gotta be a better company with a better price a better deal so I went to Sprint and while I was in the mode of shopping after about a year I noticed T-Mobile they have the best deals I actually got one of their massive data plans I think it was like Unlimited somehow the weasels took me out of that contract saying I did it if that is her b******* move I don't know what is for some reason you talk to tech support about something and you just find out your waste 2 hours away you have to go to a T-Mobile if your phone breaks under warranty to pick up a new one I like to make sure all my data is on my phone at home now imagine slow ass backup phone backup at that when you want all your text messages these bastards won't send the phone to you so you got to go in the store and spent I spent 4 hours one day only have the dumbass program fail. What I was getting to I was frustrated with Verizon I was frustrated with Sprint with the tech support and billing support that T-Mobile has in the making you go to their store to replace a phone when they have insufficient equipment they start at 10 to your days jacked up especially if you're the worker of the family I would just say I'll give them one star and call them assholes but I literally probably spent 15 hours on the phone with them last year even if it was half of that that's too much time to really find out that your stuff didn't get resolved and then you gotta start over again
