One of the worst stores I have visited. No help at all and a big waste of my time
It doesn't bother me that someone speaks a different language but in a customer service world it's really unprofessional when your helping me and talking to a coworker in a different language at the same time.
I came for a simple screen protector change that's covered under warranty and the only concern that was being addressed was the info on my billing address was different from my driver's license. They did not want to replace it since I dont have a receipt of purchase.
This location probably doesn't receive a volume of customers but I'm sure waxing your car on shift is not a good look for business.
