14Very helpful customer service. Helped me set up a new smart watch in store and update some things on my account.
Customer service is a foreign concept. Came in with phone issues with a brand new phone. Was told they would follow up with me in the next few days, a few days later i called back and was told they didnt have any information to give and would call me back. Two weeks laters, still nothing. The merger has sprint customers lost in the middle. Old T-Mobile stores direct you to the old Sprint stores who tell you that you fall into this gray area where im still a sprint customer. Apparently Sprint customers are not as valued and dismissed. Merger is not being implemented well.
The worst experience ever. I was three times with three different reasons and no one was resolved. On top of that, they are very defensive and unprofessional. I was really shocked as I was feeling helpless as a customer. Will definitely report them to BBB with all details.
Cynthia was extremely helpful with billing and activation concerns. Despite the pandemic going on.she was able to assist me in a timely manner and remained helpful throughout it!
A worker named Kyle was extremely helpful.thank you, i will be back to this sprint store in the future because of him.
Decided to cash in on Sprint's amazing offer of screen repair for $49 and visited this location on Saturday morning. Checked in at the kiosk at was promptly greeted and directed to a representative named Vince. He thoroughly explained the process and answered any questions I had. Definitely pleased with the level of customer service provided by Vince and his overall pleasant demeanor! Within an hour and a half got the call that my phone was ready and picked up a perfectly refurbished device.
This is an excellent store! Ashanti, the manager, and the two salesmen Kam and Mike, whom I have personally worked with, are very professional and knowledgeable. They will help you with all your cellular needs. Make an appointment if possible, it will minimize your wait time. Just be sure to check in at the kiosk so they know you have arrived, and I feel you will be treated professionally. Highly recommend this store and Kam and Mike!
We went in to switch our service from Verizon and AT&T over to Sprint. We also get 3 new phones. Mike took care of the service switch and he took the time to transfer our contacts, photos, etc.to the new phones. He did a great job. The whole process was made easy due to his excellent customer service. We're very happy with the switch to Sprint.
Off the charts good. Everybody in the place has a spring in their step and a twinkling there eye. Tristan and Joe were awesome! It is quite obvious they've had great leadership.
Is actually a fun and exciting experience to receive customer service at this level of excellence.

Great experience; store manager helped and I didn't even have an appointment! Would highly recommend this store; he answered all my questions, got me a great deal on a phone and I was in and out within 1 hour.
I don't think there were very helpful, I was being helped by 3 different associates and I felt that they were trying to get rid of me as soon as possible because they didn't really answers my questions and didn't really explained a lot of important things but that's what happens when they just want your money and they don't really care. Also the evening staff was being very disrespectful while customers still being in the store, they should act more professional.
Update.now am stuck with 2 phone bills because no one at the store took the time to tell me that I needed to trade in my phones for the credit, great job Chaise and all the rest of useless employees at this store.
GOOD STUFF! I went in here because I had a frozen SIM card in my SG 9plus. My entire phone was frozen. A sales consultant named (michael hove) came right up to me, checked my phone and knew Immediately what was wrong with the phone. He put a new sims card in the phone and super fast. While fixing i asked him about the various watches and i pads. He was very knowledgeable and energetic. It was nice to see customer service like this. Its very rare to see people this active in the work place, so i was inclined to do this review as a thank you for the customer service. I will definitely come to this location for any new phones, products or service. ALISO VIEJO SPRINT ROCKS!
