It was pretty good really straight forward. How cell phone business is now, there isn't any real special negotiable terms or discounts. Its all straight forward now, but the guy helping us was nice.

Update to this review. Cheng the sales rep at this location lied to us about how Verizon would prorate our last bill just to make a sale. I was very specific about how I wanted to time my last bill before starting the T-Mobile. Very unethical practice, he could of said he was not sure, but instead he was very confident about how they would prorate our bill. I also suspect he gave away my Netflix password as he was watching me type it in. He made the comment that's your password? Someone used either a VPN to log into my Netflix from the United Kingdom or was from there less than 1 week of this incident with Cheng. Be careful if you deal with this person.

Helpful, professional, personable are the adjectives I would use to describe the person who assisted me with a small issue. This is the 2nd time I have been to this particular store in the past six months with the same positive outcome.

We visited this location to get help from an employee that was transferred to another location. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The welcome from this location is very cold. Not only that the store manager was not able to assist us because she didn't know how. I'm sorry but I expect more from T-mobile since I have been with them for almost 20 years.
We were able to get more help and buy an apple watch from the Valley Mall location.

Very good service. Came in with my dad to exchange a phone we purchased, bought a second one, and got the accessories we needed. Maria helped us, and she made the whole process very easy! We left very satisfied. Also the store was very clean with plenty of room to socially distance.

I don't know how to rate this. My first evening there was fantastic when I came by to transfer my Sprint number from an old phone to a new phone. An Asian lady (sorry I couldn't catch her name) was very nice and helpful in transferring the number on my old cell phone to my new phone. After she was done, I told her that I have 4 more phones to transfer for my family. She said to come by anytime and she would be very happy to help.

I came by yesterday (Sunday) at around 12 to transfer the numbers for other 4 phones. Cheng or Chang, an Asian male greeted me. I proceeded to tell him that I needed his assistance in transferring the numbers, he told me that they don't do it here. I told him I was here a few nights ago. He still told me no that they don't do it here.
I told him again that I was here a few nights ago, and an Asian lady helped me with it. I also told him that I called Sprint Call Center and they told me that I had to come in to the store to have a new sim card installed. My existing sim card would not work on the new phone.
Chang/Cheng continued to say that they only do it for new customers. So I reiterated back to him that the only way for my family to use the new phones is to cancel Sprint and sign up for a new plan then he would transfer the numbers. He appeared to nod his head.
At this time, Richard, standing a few feet away, came over and said that he can do it but will charge $10.00 for each new sim card. At this time, our conversation was very confrontational their intention and service. It appears Richard and Chang were interested in selling new plan and unwilling to assist. There were a lot of very unfriendly exchanged between myself and Richard.
I left the store thinking this is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life bar none. I am in my late 40 and this is my second time writing a review. It boggled my mind why would they take a job like this and treated customer like a plague or Covid-19.
I went to another store on the corner of San Gabriel and Garvey. They were gladly to assist me with transferring the numbers.i would rate 5 stars for the Asian lady or gal and zero star for Richard and Chang/Cheng for ruining my morning. I live a couple of blocks away, and now I am going around telling all the friends, neighbors and relative not to come to this store if they ever need a new phone plan.
I will be sending them to the store on the corner of San Gabriel and Garvey.

I went to the store today and saw Richard.he was great. My phone was not working and he tested the phone, explained the problem to me, and tried to fix it. When he determined that the phone was broken he did not try to see me a more expensive phone. He seemed honest and helpful. If you are having problems with your phone, I highly recommend that you see Richard at this store,

I like to comment the Excellent knowledge, Positive altitude, Friendliness of Richard Torres. I ask some direct questions with regards to the Moto Phones having certain Features, and he was quick to give me the answer I needed. I decided to buy it at an instance.
He was patient and efficiently, help to transfer the data from my older Moto phones, to the new Moto7, I purchased.
This gentleman has the qualities beyond sales and services.
