Great store to visit.very informative! They took their time to explain EVERYTHING to me. And answer ALL my questions. I liked that they didn’t make me feel rushed or forced into buy something.

I was here two times, associates do not like use time to help customer problems, just they want to sale with out answer questions! I purchased my I phone by calling t mobile and they were very friendly. I came back to south Pasadena store and asked them help me to transfer my old i phone information to new i phone one of the associate said we can not. I went to Duarte store and they did for me very friendly.

I would like to say that I had a great experience at this store, I went in to exchange my phone and I admit I was really nervous about it because I had a very bad experience at another store, but when I came here I was like wow, Vanessa was able to help me and answer all my questions, she was very helpful and courteous, I felt very comfortable and relaxed, she was very respectful and knew what she was doing, I recommend everyone to go to this store, for excellent customer service.

My T-Mobile store is Fremont and Huntington in SouthPasadena, CA. The staff there are fabulous! Sharp, well trained, tech savvy young people. They are always polite, gracious, patient, and ready to bail me out of any problem I have. They are why I've stayed with T-Mobile for more than 10 years.

We stopped by to add a new line to our family plan. A representative came to us right away (I didn't remember her name, it starts with a "K"). She was very polite and knowledgable about the process. We walked out with the resolved request very quickly. Thank you!

Amazing customer service. Ray and Richard were very helpful in setting up my new phone. They went above and beyond to tackle the issues I was facing and made sure I left with everything I needed.

I went back as instructed by Tmobile Owner and I am happy to report that my experience was 100% better. Please note that there was no need to speak to the Manager they handle themselves professionally and Erick was very helpful in making my decision. Thank you, Erick! 05/25/21

I waited over 15 minutes not once did I get acknowledged. The people who work there had no customer service. I should have known once I saw 2 people leaving complaining about the wait. This store just lost 2 paying customers.

Take their business for granted. Understaffed. Not proactive or creative with bringing solutions to their customers. One guy sent me away to metro pcs when he could have asked one more question and solved my problem. He was wrong. He also sent away a customer that came with a very simple question, who i helped myself within 15 seconds.

Broke my heart to see the people at this store turn away an old man with a simple question about his phone. He waited, drove over, was alone. I helped him myself and it took 15 seconds. He walked away being able to call his folks again. These people do not deserve your business.

I am not even including how much of my time they wasted by not asking a simple question and turning me away to a different store.
