I want it in there to get my phone replaced back of the screen was glass and broke Jonathan helped me did an awesome job really stellar job It took about 3 hours to transfer all my text messages but I need them because of my contractor. I kept dropping by because I live about a mile away if fat and every time I pop back in he always made time to see me and deceive me and update me on the time remaining for transferring my phone. Transfer the phone took a little longer than expected but what can you do everyone else inside the shop was very kind, It aint all welcome me with a hello and and when I left they all said goodbye and have a good night the store Top notch in with 100% recommend them to anyone that is in the market for upgrading the phone or possibly transferring to T-Mobile thank you Jonathan I really appreciate your time and helping me out greatly

Because of the excellent customer service  I've had over the years,  I've remained a  T-Mobile client for 15 years.

That said,  customer service varies dependingon the location,  and this one is no exception. It's a true hit-or-miss situation,  depending  on who you happen to meet.

For instance, today, Finni was fantastic; she was kind and courteous in answering all of our concerns, and we were in and out quickly. I have to commend her for gracefully addressing our frustrations. That's not always easy.

However, I'm deducting a star for the young lady who greeted us. I'm not sure whether she's the manager, but she might benefit from some customer service training.

We only spoke with her briefly, but it was sort of embarrassing to watch her deal with other customers who came in after us.

She seemed more agitated than concerned when one gentleman was trying to ask for help because he was having difficulty making long distance phone calls. Instead of investigating and finding a solution, this lady blew him off.

Like I said, hit or miss.

They knowingly gave me the wrong wait time and said it would take about 20 minutes. After 45 minutes passed I asked the person why it was taking so long and they said that they had a lot of scheduled appointments that took priority over me. After an hour and 15 minutes someone was ready for me. If you treat your customers like their time is worthless expect people to react and take their business elsewhere.

I don't like this T-Mobile Because It seems like they don't know What They are Doing. For example I wanted to add A-line to my account to take advantage of a promotion they had But they told me I can't and I didn't like there service. So I started going to another t-mobile and a couple months ago they asked if I wanted to add a line that I could add up to 3 more lines. I tried going back to this location because it is the closest to me. But I got there a little before they close and he said he can help me out "just come back on Tuesday ale be here and I will help you out " I went but he was off.

I like this because I got my first phone witch is the Samsung A10e and it is pretty good it goes fast and the best part is that is that it is unlimited.

We completed the full payment for our handsets and asked for the cancellation of our lines as we were returning to our country.the lines were canceled as we requested, but two months later, they returned to discount the installments of the telephone and the monthly fees of the lines that were canceled on our debit card.we got in touch and no attendant has managed to solve our problem so far.

Omar helped me upgrade my phone to an iPhone 11. He was upfront with all the terms and pricing and took the time to explain my updated monthly bill to me. He even got me some cool new accessories! A+ salesman!

Went in for a case for my note 10 plus. They only had 2 options. Kind of pathetic for a flagship phone.

Edit in response to the owner:
I know there are numerous cases available online. I'd rather shop at local T-Moble locations to keep jobs for t hi ose who need them. I could do everything via the internet from buying and activating a phone to terminating my plan. If ordering online is the solution why have a store in the first place?
