Victor Diaz provided exceptional customer service going above and beyond to ensure that my phone issues were fixed and I was able to safely transfer my info onto my new phone with no problems! He is a great asset to T-Mobile & this location!

Coming in I thought it was going to take long but I was in and out like nothing they are all knowledgeable and on top of everything

Jonathan and Kevin Flores is your go to person when visiting this store. They were both attentive to my needs and able to answer all the questions I have. Very courteous and friendly to all customers that enters the door. I’m from longbeach, but I don’t mind driving to carson again if I need to shop again at T-mobile store. Jonathan deserves to be a Manager.

Out of the few locations we have been to within the past few days this location has been the absolute best, most patient and very understanding. Thank you to Melissa and Dallana for being very helpful. Highly recommend this location, Great customer service!

Dont come to this tmobile store, extremely long wait times and they dont even say hi to the customer when you walk in first thing I noticed. Wont make the miatake again, im sticking to the location down the street on sepulveda and vermont the employees are better trained.

This store is incredibly unprofessional and is an embarrassment to the T-Mobile corporation. I have been there multiple occasions where associates lack common decency and respect for clients. On top of that, I have heard the manager rebuke associates in an unprofessional in front of clients. I have also heard the manager talk about past employees in the most disrespectful manner in front of clients. Truly a disappointment to my T-Mobile experience. Would wish that corporate T-mobile would audit this location. Will never come back!

All these reviews about this tmobile store being nice and professional are completely false. Or they must be confusing this store with another location because the manager here is terrible, extremely rude and condescending when talking with me the customer. Stay away from this place, terrible Tmobile
