Just popped in to buy a sim card and plan for my travels.
Cam was the one that helped me, she pointed out the best plan, explained how it worked in Canada, inserted the sim in my phone, did some witchcraft with the settings and that was it sorted. I walked out very satisfied with the entire experience.
Thanks Cam, you're an asset to T mobile and the store.

I recently visited the T-Mobile store in downtown and had an amazingly positive experience. The store was bright, clean, and well stocked with the newest iPhones and accessories. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering solutions to all of my questions and concerns. They gave me the best deals for my upgrade ️and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone looking for a new phone or accessory!

Found out that I have been blocked out of international use because I was overseas during the pandemic and too much of a service user. Paid for extra subscriptions while I was away so they got their $.

Talking to customer representatives got the "We can't do anything due to the system" here is the address / fax to write to (could take 20 days) for a response. Lol - a Phone Company that doesn't accept email.

Work around is just to get another number - then the "block" can be avoided. Good check on that front #tmobile.

Other option is going to another company. Wow #tmobilesucks you are giving up predictable $ for a one-off situation during special circumstances. Nice job!

Do not get lured by the size and appearance of this store. This might be the worst experience I had with T-Mobile so far! We have a family plan. My father lost his SIM card so I called this store to learn how he can get it. The customer service on the phone directed him to the store. This place told us that he could just use the pin to pick it up right away. Well that was all wrong! They told my father the code was not enough and that I should speak with customer service again. They did not help him at all. Apparently employees do not know what their company policies are and everyone tells a different story for even just a simple task like this.

I went here with a really weird issue concerning a SIM-card I bought in Florida and which had been out of country for ~3months. I had no idea about the setup of my account or the SIM card, but Dean Povey was super patient and helped me out in the best possible way. He also really made sure that my account was properly setup for future use. I really felt if the people here wants to help you, even though it might take plenty of their time. Great service, kind people, and a fresh store.

TMobile tried to Charge me$210AFTER my Phone & Tablet were STOLEN I DroppedTRASH Mobile like a BAD Transmission AFTER they WASTED an HOUR on the phone with their "Customer Service". "Customer Service" is an OXYMORON withTRASHMOBILE
