20The worse customer service I experienced in my life. All the people who work there very rude. Specially one woman named Dalal or something similar. Please Don’t even stop there. These people think they are doing a client a favor when we spend lots of money there buying phones and using TMobile. A very bad attitude. Are they even train them?
Excellent staff solution 4 my problem.had spent 75 minutes with TMobile tech support.trying to remove pre-installed bloatware. Zero luck.went 2 this location. " Dennis" spent 10 minutes trying solutions. BAZINGA.
I'm glad to come over here to replace my broken phone and Ismael kindly and gladly helped me out.
Good thing there are plenty of cell phone stores around, you can just go to another one. I called ahead, made sure they had the pone I wanted and the lady let me know they were short handed, might be a bit of a wait. No problem. I walk in, she say's 10 minute wait one dude ahead of me. After a few minutes she even grabs my phone number and I go grab some food and bring it back. There were two people working helping two separate people, the same customers as when I walked in. The lady was at the point where her customers were just waiting on apps and photos to download so she starts helping the guy in front of me. She's almost at the point where she's gonna help me, but by this point its been 45 minutes and my food is getting cold. The other guy was nowhere near being done. Don't worry, he's taking his time with this guy. Nobody bothered to ask me what I was there for. A phone, a watch, airpods and a car charger. Looks like they missed out on a good sale.
Guzman A, a shift leader 03/20/22 a horrible actitud and extremely rude; someone else with a realy experience should be in care of this location and send Guzman home. Bad experience.
Wasn't helpful.didn't even try to help in setting up an account.seemed like they were more concerned if the time spent would generate enough comission.
I came to get a screen protector beacuse i have insurance on my account. First I dont even get greeted by anyone working here. Second I ask Melinda which is one of the Managers that I want to get a screen protector and tells me that I have to make a 20 min line just so she can check to see if i have insurance on my account. Doesn’t even take 5 min to make this transaction. Waste of time when it should be a quick grab and go. Plus really bad customer service.
Great customer service, the manager was very friendly and polite and helped me out with what I needed.

Dennis was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones. I was in and out with a new cell within about 20 minutes. Would recommend if you're looking to upgrade.
0 stars, these guys illegally added a line to my bill for 2 years and i lost 600$ because they were trying to hit a promo number i will taking them to court to sue
For me one of the best T-Mobile store, the employees are really helpful and try to help you with everything
Rose was great! Answered all my questions, was patient with me and my questions. T-mobile has always had great customer service. Had to go back due to issues with my watch, Elizabeth super Rude, very short with me, not good at communicating what the issues were. Niki was there and able to explain the issues thank goodness.
Props to John! I changed from Verizon. Got my sim in the mail (super easy) but needed help transferring the line. After 45 minutes and 3 calls to T-MOBILE (2 calls dropped unexpectedly) I still wasn't set up. Walked in here & 5 minutes later I was good to go. Even got some great advice. Thanks again John
Jessica far exceeded the level of helpfulness, service and initiative that I have experienced in the phone business and all other retail.
I have 262 Apps on my Android and Jessica took the time to get them setup properly on my new phone.

Customer service was not the typical T mobile experience. Felt like I was in a car dealership with the service Tech's trying to rush a sale. Left there feeling like there was absolutely no reason why I should ever have to go to an in store location. I can do everything online through customer service. I hope they can work on their in store location to be on par with their customer service over the phone, which is always excellent.
My partner and I were thrilled with our experience at T-Moble. The whole staff was so welcoming and helpful, but we were extra lucky to get to work directly with Roni. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and even made it a fun experience. Thank you Roni!
