I went into this store tonight and was helped by Jalene. She was super friendly and helpful and had really great customer service skills. She was able to assist me and my mom and we left feeling great about the interaction.

Really good costumer service! Mainly Lisa and Christina, that helped me switch from Sprint to T-Mobile!

It's 84 degrees outside and they are making everyone conduct business on the sidewalk instead of in the air conditioned store.

They said they are trying to reduce the number of people they have inside, yet said they do not make people stand outside everyday, just some days.

On another note I called ahead to see if they had the phone I wanted and when I got here they didn't have it.

If the employees of the store are doing so to minimize the amount of work they have to do it's working, as no one wants to stand outside to conduct business in 84 degree weather.

I requested and received a helpful service, for me being technologically challenged, it was an important service that was performed well and quickly and expertly for no charge.

I waited in line 15 minutes to purchase charger. Two employees in store both having difficulty in resolving customer requests. I put the charger back and left store to purchase elsewhere.

Christina and Jess were soooo helpful. I usually dread going in to get a new phone, but Christina handled the transfer right there in-store. The switch from Sprint is noticeable. Thank you, Christina and Jess!

Alexandria was an amazing help. Lost a phone and she made the experience quick and easy. There was a very difficult customer that decided to stop by. He was dropping f bombs wnd very upset but she handled it like a boss. Thanks again for your professionalism and great customer service.

Jake, Alexandra, and Kevin they were very friendly and helpful.
I got my old phone unlocked to give it away and they helped me setting up my new phone in minutes.

Christiana helped me with a Hotspot device and plan. She was informative, helpful and fun. She knew the prices and terms for several plans, even though she had been there only a short time. T-Mobile clearly had the best deal. Thanks Christina!

Rafael At T-Mobile PB is the best! He was so very patient with me today when I got a new phone! He even helped me with my trade in and helped put my screen protector on my new phone! He had such great customer service and super accommodating to everyone at the store! Thanks Rafael and thank you T-mobile! I love my new phone! Woo!

Terrible. I had a talk with the sprint on line and get there and they had no idea what to do, didn’t upgrade my phone and looked like they were doing us a favor! Never again!

Steven was the man of the hour. I was so rude at first but he calmed me down and got me put on the best plan out there. He is knowledgeable of what he’s selling. Really funny dude too. Couldn’t of asked for a better associate helping, thank you Steven.

What can I say! The service I experienced was spectacular. Let me tell you what happened.

I came to the store very sad. Relocating from Virginia I don’t have many knowledge of San Diego. After losing a job on March 13, I came here to start my new feature.

NADER one of the sales representative made my life super easy by bringing me lots of value. He made suggestions for me, told me the different specs within the devices, and also gave me knowledge that I would’ve never known. Such as warrantees. The whole team gave me a piece of mine today because they made me feel important.

Carlos is one of the sales representatives here, also has a great reputation. He may have been her for Over five years. Many people from the community recommended I go see him. But Nader greeted with a smile. I couldn’t see his smile because of the mask but I saw it in his eyes.

But you can’t forget about Joel! I believe his the manager at this location. His so professional and does everything in his power to operate the store! His an amazing leader! I’m so happy I have a reliable phone service provider! Without them I’d be lost.

If you ever come to CA! You must visit this store! It’s one of a kind ️️️️️️
