Walked in and ordered the Galaxy Fold 4 which was the model they had in the store. The rep ordered the Galaxy Fold 3 instead. Went back to tell them to fix the situation and was told to call customer service and go through the return procedure through them. Massively disappointed with their service.

In 2020 walk into the store for questions and the rep gave me a Joy tablet which I declined but but insisted it is free but been getting charged for it for almost two years now which I return a month after it was given to me. Today I went back the manager could only refund me $50 after paying almost $300 for something I don’t have. Very Sad.

Staff are friendly, the store is clean and they will work with you on a better plan and phone. A major complaint is they barely have any phones in stock, and have to order out for them and don't have many cases for the phones they do have. It's very inconvenient and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

You can tell when a team has been trained well in customer service and when they act as a team to provide customer service they show it. Great smiles and customer service provided at this T-mobile

They are not knowledgeable in their area. Could not fix the problem and they seem like they don't know anything.

Awesome ladies who work really hard and are so very professional, smart and friendly! Super positive experience! So nice in both Oakdale but Riverbank was a more assistance and they were awesome!

Honestly the worst experience of my life! We switched over from Verizon and were helped by associate Albert Durante (Aj) and not only was he very inappropriate and inexperienced but just had horrible customer service. He called us back to the store after spending 3 hours trying in store, to notify us that he had made a mistake and had to do the transaction over. He one forgot to give us the tase in value for our devices, then ordered an extra iPhone. One I am still in the process of returning and getting my money back for. Thus, almost a month later we have still to see about $150 due to his mistake! I am just very upset and will never be visiting this location. This location is not a corporate location so I highly suggest calling the 611 number prior to going here. Horrible horrible horrible!
