7I was having problems with my phone and Janet was so nice to help me out
Switch and bait tactics used here I was offered a free line and said my plan would be 185 ended up with bills up to 300+. After dozens of in person visits and calls during my free time (hour long calls not including the wait) it's still not fixed. As a disabled veteran my money is tight. This has been my worst mobile carrier experience. All so a salesman can make a sale. 8 months of overpaying my bill

Good service i love the customer service.but air cinditioner should really be fixed because everytime i come here im sweating too much. I really dont want to switch my primary location for this. Its an oven tiene.
Completely useless. Don’t go here… it’s a third party store (TPR) even though it only has T-mobile branding.they make excuses not to give you publicly listed promos.and seemed too lazy to just call T-mobile corporate or a manager to confirm the promo. They guy actually said this is a "TPR" (third party retailer) store and I'm better off going to an actual corporate T-mobile store. So all I'm doing is giving you the same advice as the dude that works there instead of wasting your time on an afternoon driving here. Anyway.next day went to another Tmobile store and got the promo no questions asked.
Can't say enough great things about my visit T-Mobile. As soon as I walked in i was greeted by Blanca, who i later found out was the manager. My phone suddenly stopped making outbound calls so I visited my local store. They fixed the issue within minutes! While i was there an associate asked about my internet provider and informed that T-Mobile offers home internet. Long story short, I'm saving $30 on internet. Huge shout out to all the staff. Recommend 10/10!
