Had received a defective wifi router. Rep tried to fix. Couldn't fix so the swapped it out.
There Customer service is terrible there answer is always I dont know, I suggest driving 15 mins more and go to the one on La Cienega 364 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048. Best customer service!
Worst possible customer service here the team here is not well informed or trained and this is frustrating especially with time sensitive items.
The service here, was not that great I had to wait to pay my bills, due to the fact that they only had one Computer, and I had to wait until she was along done, helping this customer getting a new phone, I would like to know why t- mobile remove the pay machine from the store. It is convenient for those who are only paying the bill, I would like to have that service back.
Best T-Mobile store in all of Los Angeles! Go see Joseph. He is the best of the best. Got my new phone working wonderfully, and took the time to make sure it was all good. Such a relief
They scam me with a pair of air buds from apple and i am a samsung user now i have to pay 10 dollars every month and i never bought them.
Amazing staff, super friendly I got wifi set up for my home very quickly and easily. Very simple instructions, I recommend this location for best service.
Customer service is great, they actually helped amazingly good! But this review is because they offered me a third line for free, and guess what, I have to pay extra in my bill! I even asked many times to the team member that was helping me if she was sure about the deal and she even asked her manager and the manager said YES! Now, nobody wants to give me that line for FREE like the offered me at first, I'm calling customer service and nothing and I have to go to the store and they will say I have to call costumer service! TMOBILE SUCKS!
Joseph was very informed & very helpful! It's really hard to come across great customer service these day's & he was a breath of fresh air! I actually left the t-mobile store on 39th & Crenshaw because the representative (Jesus) wasn't very helpful & had no clue on how to set up a business account. He even lied to customer service right in my face as they questioned why he was calling for their assistance without doing the application himself! Lol he told her the system wasn't allowing him to go forward & the truth is he never touched the kiosk again! JOSEPH was a breath of fresh air!

The employees of this store, have very poor customer service skills. I hope someone from corporate reads my review.
I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service rep signed me up for 360 Protection ($18/month fee) without my consent. When I realized it and called to have it cancelled, I was told that I must return to the store to have it cancelled. That is ridiculous. If you must purchase a new phone from this location, what out for this hidden fee!

I went yesterday to this store. 2nd customers in line. They follow the guidelines for 6 feet apart covid19 guidelines. I talk to the staff.at end of the transaction. When he told me about the email account. I told him no”. I specifically told and correctly told him the email. So I went home and sleep. Suddenly I received a called from James another t- mobile customer and telling me about all the transaction I made. I told him how he knew it. I was so mad, because of breach of confidentiality. I went to store to file complaint. Unfortunately this guy who help me in the morning was supposed to be the manager. He helped me alright but the erroneous sending my transaction report should be prevented if he listen attentively for the correction I was emphasizing to him that morning. He told me that only they send to wrong guy was receipts. While james (guy was send wrong receipt told me he have all my information). At end the manager apologized. Still my point is I work as nurse, workings long hours to help for covid19 patient. Only in my dayoff, to receive a call that contain breach of confidentiality. I have to fix it, go to my bank to change all my bank account number. This is very unfortunate event that should be prevented if the manager listen attentively to the customer.i don’t really want to come back in this store because of unreliability and confidentiality issues.unfortunately, I have to come back for them to set up my new iPhone.
Friday May 1st somewhere between 1pm-3pm. Patricia was pleasant and greeted me at the door. She was was a pleasure to chat with while I waited for Adriana, who attended me before I left the store the first time. I had to run an errand and told her I'd come back. Adriana was very knowledgeable about your products and services. She broke down every possible option that would best suit my needs. She was patient, courteous, and answered every single question that I asked. I must have asked like 50 questions. She's very intelligent. Deserves a raise. I've been a customer for over a decade and Adriana made a lasting impression. Will be coming back. Thank you.
