Consistently great customer service. Can be a long ish wait at times.
Update: Had to go in to the store to return an item. Still great service. They printed up the shipping label for me and got the return all set up. Thanks.
Nice friendly staff & staff was great at 3 visits.
1. To check old cells due to problems was fixed. Cells problems again.
2. Look at new cells. Purchase 2 new cells & when UPS delivery went back to set up.
3. Transferred old to new at store. Purchase accessories for cells & also WiFi. Thanks Val & ladies!

I want to give a shout out to Roberto and his team at the Selma T-Mobile. I went there as we were having some technical problems with our new IPhone 12. Roberto was very knowledgeable and quickly took care of our problem with a professional and caring attitude. Thank you Roberto for being quick and efficient and for treating us with like a valued customer!
