Thank you Topanga T-mobile crew for helping me get the answers I needed in a timely and efficient manner! (:
I figured I would pop into T-mobile instead of the Apple store as they always require an appointment for anything Apple related. I was quickly appointed over to AJ after speaking to the person who greeted me as I came in. After AJ was able to answer all of my questions and concerns with my iPhone, he was kind enough to help me attach a new screen protector. NO BUBBLES! It was a quick stop which would normally feel like a longer stop elsewhere. I myself work in customer service and these guys did an amazing job all around! Lots of respect to people in customer service, especially after the pandemic! We made it!

The staff is friendly and helpful. I believe I was helped by Kimberly (sorry if it's not her name) she's the lady with blonde hair and is extremely friendly. She was funny and made my time in the store enjoyable. Definitely would recommend visiting this store if you need help or are interested in joining the T-Mobile family.

We went there to get new sim cards. Staffs were unknowledgeable and kept giving us wrong information about their plans. My wife had some info about the plans on her cellphone otherwise they would have sold us undesirable services. Although we requested 2 number we liked (the sale agent showed us on his tablet), he ended up gave us different numbers.
They also charged us $20 ($10 for each line, one physical sim and the other E-sim) although it is completely free if you wanna
buy it online.
The agent told us your sim cards are going to be active in 10 minutes but it’s been about one hour so far that nothing happened. I am totally dissatisfied with their service.

My experience was very bad, we went to buy a phone with my son and the person who answered us was very rude, he spoke to us arrogant and abusive, he seemed like a very rude person, we told him that we were going to activate the cell phone in our house and He didn't even give us the correct information to do the activation. T-Mobile has to take great care of who they hire, don't forget, gentlemen, that clients pay their salaries.

I came in an hour before closing to switch my android to an iphone and got so lucky to be helped by Jon. I think he has given me the best experience I have had in a store in years. He was fun, energetic, he had my mind totally read as far as what I needed, he never rushed me or cut corners. I have had some unpleasant experiences (Nordhoff and Sepulveda okay) but Jon you're awesome. All of the guys are nice too here, far superior service than other stores.

Hey, guys, just a heads up when you're shopping at this store. Make sure you clarify your selected plan before heading there; otherwise, you might end up receiving the wrong service. I was expecting T-Mobile to train their staff to ensure customer satisfaction. I had to cancel the incorrect enrollment that the in-store agent signed me up for, and I did it through online customer service. They instructed me to go to the store for a refund, but when I got there, it became a hassle. I explained my situation, but they advised me to open a dispute instead of issuing a refund. I didn't find their managers to be accountable in this matter.

Store advertises for 9p closing. Doors closed @8: 17p. Sales people won’t even approach the door to explain.

This the corporate store and the staff are helpful like most of T-mobile, so if you need anything returned you should go here.

Good T-Mobile location at the mall. Usually there is someone there to help you, or the wait will be relatively short. Unfortunately the last time I visited, they have not always been able to help me with my questions (wifi calling address registration error) and asked me to call customer service. They do have a good variety of phones on display to demo.
