A disappointment by T-Mobile. For autopay, they made changes from a credit card to a debit card/bank account in order to receive a $5.00 discount per line. I have two lines and have been a customer for over 20 years. Will look at other options!

We went to Tmobil because they said you would receive free phones. We definitely didn't get anything free we were charged many fees and are paying for phones monthly and we're put in a two year contract we.were unaware of. Very fast talkers that didn't explain things at all.we got ripped off to the max. This being my opinion
