These workers are lazy including the manager even on a slow day. I worked for T-Mobile and could see they were being lazy right away… they denied services they were able to perform and just told me to call customer care.
I came in today with a problem that customer care could not help me with. After spending hours on the phone with T-Mobile customer care I was feeling hopeless. I called this location and Felipe said to come in and he would help me. I was there for no more than 15min and was able to get access to my phone and resolve my problem. He went above and beyond to ensure I could get access to my phone. Thank you so much Felipe!
Try another T Mobile Store nearby and don’t come to this one. Terrible customer service. Two times I’ve tried to get help switching phones and their customer service is just terrible (different people for each time). All other stores I’ve gone are great, but this one avoid. 0 stars if I could.
After more than 20 years with Verizon, I switched to TMobile. They have better plans and better pricing. I have found the staff at this location very helpful
My iPhone has a ghost screen I couldn’t close also couldn’t Turk phone off ~ all fixed in less than 3 minutes ~ awesome!
