Customer Service No To Nice I Was There To Get Help With My Phone They Told me To Call Customer Service On Phone I have Bad Experience
Service was friendly and kind of pushy but I got what i needed/wanted pretty quickly.
BUT I just found out the service rep added on protection to my device with out telling me or asking me if I wanted it. I do remember saying I wanted no further upgrades beyond the phone and I looked at the changes to my account and it said " Protection 360 Tier 3 TE was added to your line 3**** via Store Representative on visit date"
It'd be nice if they wouldn't sneak stuff in on people because I did not ask to have it added.
Inconsistent customer service. For existing customers, Sim cards are free if you get a non-hispanic customer rep. If you get a Hispanic rep, it's a $35 activation fee.
Ask for Pierre! I just switched over from Verizon, Pierre got me the best price and some accessories to go with my new phones. Very informative and easy to work with, thank you Pierre!

Vic Soto is the best employee! Understand we had a not so good experience with another employee. Mr. Soto was attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely professional. Mr. Soto upsold his heart away lol. The fact that we received a wonderful phone (S23 ultra) but the customer service was priceless.
Recently switched from AT&T. Adam was immensely helpful. Had some issues bringing a device over but that wasn't T-Mobile's fault - they got it resolved for us and so far everything has been a good experience.
This was a good place. Jasmine helped me upgrade to an iPhone. My children insisted I do it. I got some great perks and I so so appreciated her patience! She was very knowledgeable of the product and courteous. That means a lot to me. Thank you and God bless you!
Everything was great except lying about the 'free' watch with my new phone. Hit me with the 'oh youve been a customer for a few years, you get a free watch with this phone. ' Isn't a single thing free about it. No wonder he wouldn't let me see the screen of his sales tablet.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced still wouldn't give them a 1 star Walked in to have my phone fixed slashed repaired. Waited 15 minutes in line nobody greeting nobody welcomes you when you enter your expected to stand and wait for help sales rep named sosa was rude the stores manager Ricardo was no different turns out they don't repair phone's anymore I was only given the option of buying a new one for $1300 dollars after spending 4 hours in store we got nowhere only to have to pay for a restocking fee of $75 when they didn't complete the process of activation. Talk about frustration due to budget cuts with teen mobile they no longer have phone repair personnel. They can't afford it is what I was told but they have 6 people 6 sales reps standing around doing nothing most of them on there personnel cell phones this branch is horrible. Everyone needs training in customer service here its being poorly handled i won't ever go back there
