5 So this isn’t an in-store review, but rather a telephonic conversation review between myself and Don who stated he was a supervisor or manger (either one I didn’t completely catch his title)
Don called me today 08/17 around 5: 30pm out of the blue, and had notified me about the extra charges on my account that were completely unnecessary as I am a veteran and am under the military magenta plan. I’ve been a member since forever, and these charges we spoke about are already covered under my plan so basically I have been paying extra for nothing for quite some time!
He provided an assessment and how much I could be saving, and when I would start seeing my plan changes and also touched base on a few other things regarding my account and was a major help- GO HERE FOR SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Don- I appreciate the help you provided and look forward knowing my account is in good, honest hands here.

Viviana and Jesse were so bomb (5 STARS) about 6 months ago I was leaving for a trip and wanted a white galaxy 22 that had to be shipped into the store.they made it happen 3 days before my birthday vacation with smiles and great customer service! They gave me such a great experience I even brought in lumpia for them!
Unfortunately I went in today to get my screen protector replaced and had the complete opposite experience. I walked in and was greeted by one employee who was helping another family so I waited. Then another girl came from the back and asked who's next so I stepped forward. She didn't even look like she wanted to be at work. No personal connection. She barely even spoke to me at all. She asked what I was there for so I told her to replace my screen protector and I said something along the lines of please tell me you have one then she walked away grabbed the case (which i didnt see) and walked over to the counter. She didnt tell me to follow her then she was waiting at the counter mute. How am i suppose to know you even have it if you dont say anything. How are you in customer service but don't know how to engage with a customer. The whole time she was installing my new screen protector she didnt say one word to me. I asked for a receipt at the end (to see if her name would be on there because she didn't have a name tag on) and she looked at me like I asked her for her 1st born baby.
Jesse and Viviana are amazing give them a raise and let them train the rest of the employees about customer service.
