3All false thing they are selling. We are getting a headache. Whatever they say about the schemes, all false promise they will make. And, then they will not help you at all.
I just left the T-Mobile store in Tracy on Naglee rd and let me tell you when it comes customer service there’s one person I would recommend to any and everybody! Her name is Letty:)
I originally came in asking questions about a promotion on an Apple Watch, but I had additional questions and she was able to answer everyone with follow up answers as well as recommendations.
A lot of times when we go to a phone store they do their job yes, but she went well over and beyond to help me, her descriptions of the products made me feel so comfortable and welcome and I basically wanted to buy every product she recommended. Thank you sooooo much LETTY:)
Went in to buy a new phone and Jenny and Daniel both helped me out. They were awesome and both answered any questions that I had. Amazing customer service!
