8I feel like they have great customer service but don't really know what they're doing they sold me the wrong screen protector for my personal account and on my buisness account that I transfered from Verizon to them and they claim they buy out your lines but they don't they reimburse you like way later and now I'm stuck with an unexpected bill of under $900
This store was clean and all of the employees were great. I would like to especially thank Ray for helping me set up my new phone and walking me through the entire process. Ray is an outstanding employee, immediately when entering the store he was ready to help me with good energy. Highly recommended this location because of this employee and their customer service!
Customer service was amazing walked in for a upgrade was in and out with less then 30 min! Definitely recommend!
