Giving five stars to the all star employee, Armaan. If you have the ability to make a purchase through him, you're in good hands. Armaan is straight to the point, welcoming, and communicates both professionally (you can ask virtually any question and he'll have an answer) and thoughtfully, as if you've known him for years and you're visiting an old friend. My mom and I upgraded our phones; the transition was smooth and we walked away with more than anticipated for total steals. To whoever the supervisor is that makes the big decisions, he's your ticket to a thriving location whenever his well-deserved promotion happens. Thank you for everything, Armaan!
I had a very frustrating experience at the store with a girl with red/burgundy hair. I went there to return a phone for credit, and she initially refused, claiming they don't handle returns. I showed her a text message from T-Mobile that stated I could either mail the phone or return it to a store.
Despite this evidence, she insisted they couldn't do it there and directed me to a corporate store. However, she sent me to a store on Sherman Way, which turned out not to be a corporate store. When I spoke to the person there, they informed me that any store could process the return, and it was simply a matter of their willingness to do so.
I was very frustrated with this experience, as it seemed like the workers were not willing to assist me and were being lazy about processing my return. This lack of customer service was disappointing and inconvenient.

My experience started off good initially only to be lied to and quoted something different now that I’m receiving.
Came in to upgrade my phone and was quoted a new monthly bill of 155. Days later I called T-Mobile to verify this and my bill is 188, something completely different that what I was explained. Either Maria is a liar or not proficient at her job but nonetheless one of the few rare experiences with the company. Hopefully they can rectify this and I’m not having to pay off the difference
Went in there today. I had questions regarding my account and wanted to get some info on the home wifi. Spoke with Bianca. Answered all my questions, extremely helpful. She even set up the app for wifi on my phone. Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Got home, did what she told me to do. Works great. Thank you so much.
Long wait. Rip you off with so-called must buy accessories. Called corporate office, and they told me that they can't force sell that. Now they want my receipt
8/8/23 I visited this store and a certain Tommy helped me, terrible service, he doesn't even know how to speak, he seems like he was on drugs, I don't know why they have incompetent people.
It is a very big place, they have all Kind of cellphones, although I had to wait 15 minutes in line, they need more people.
We're to being first they just Ignore there just talking to each other dont ask if you need help or anything if the there two people expect your wait to to be more then 45 minutes. If you can go to Another store do go. There VERY VERY RUDE AT This store
Worked with Armaan today and he was super efficient and quick with the service. Provided me a great phone without much out of pocket and he also helped me transfer everything. Highly recommend Armaan and his team here.
Previously they had excellent staff, yesterday I was the guy who helped me seemed asleep, you could see how lazy he was, they reluctantly helped me
Where do I start.

I had a problem with my S23+ restarting randomly, OS freezing upon startup. So, I decided to come in the store for a warranty claim. One employee was trying to help me, and another decided to chime in and say, "they're all like that. " That made the employee trying to me gave up and send me home without resolved my problem.
1 days later, I can't stand my phone crashed on me 4-5 times an hour. I decided to claim the warranty through the phone. I received a new phone, and it worked FLAWLESS. No longer the OS is crashing on me.
Dear management at this Tmobile joint, please retrain your employees. Especially the part where keeping their mouth shut if they do not know what they are talking about.
Cristina was amazing she was super helpful definitely recommend to come in. All my questions were answered.

Excellent service, they helped me with 2 very important things for my phone and that I was a T-Mobile customer, excellent service and very fast.

I was just so happy after his service! Literally was the best experience… me and my husband really love this guy!
