This store is Great! Went way beyond what you would expect to help us find a lost phone. The tips and tricks used to ping (and find) our phone was amazing. Very patient with us in a stressful time.

Madeline, Kansas and the other employees are always going above and beyond to help customers they take their time to do what they can to help with what ever little or big issues with cell phones or services the are very polite and courteous I've seen them with other customers as well and they are just a nice with everyone else. I've come into this store plenty of times and they've always treat me with respect that's always a plus.
Friendly staff, always clean. The guys will prompt and help in connecting services. The largest number of subscribers in the US, the best coverage. I recommend!
This place runs so slow. You walk in and no one a knowledges you. They don’t ask what you need help with even if they’re busy. It doesn’t take a long time to let someone know that it’ll be a while until they can help you. This is the second time I’ve tried going there and it’s been the same thing twice.
