We were traveling through town and were having some vehicle heater issues. T&T's friendly staff got us in immediately and fixed the issue. We were able to get back on the road within the hour. Paid over $420 to get two tires put on and to change our break pads and I brought everything. They charged $400 for labor since they said they charge per hour and a half, but after they pulled out car up, didn’t touch it for over 30 mins! In total took about an hour and a half and it came out to $400. Waste of money.

They are efficient. They work with you. They listen to your concerns and check on what is going on with the cars.

Times where wrong pulled up 10 minutes before 9 and they claim to be open at 8 am no one is here on the website it says 8am-5pm and we’ll as it says something on door

I was recently driving along 395 when my "check engine" light went on and the "X-Mode" icon started flashing (Subaru Outback, this feature is supposed to help with traction in snow) I tried to get the X-mode icon off by pressing the button on the console but wasnt succesful. I was close to Ridgecrest so went in to search for an auto repair place to give me an opinion. The first place I went to told me he could fit me in next week. That wasnt going to work as I was on my way to Las Vegas and really worried about what the check engine light was indicating. Then I went into T and T auto and the man that was at the desk was so nice to me. He offered to check the code. A few minutes later came back and told me the technician was able to get the X-Mode icon off and the code read something to do with an air duct. He cleared the warnings and told me everything looked okay and No Charge for this service. I remember while driving away that I had driven through a sandstorm a day or two earlier. If I ever need auto repair again in that area (and I might since my daughter lives in Lone Pine) you can be sure I will check with T and T first. Thank You!

Our serpentine belt broke on a road-trip a month ago. The towing company recommended T&T for fast service, so we got our vehicle towed there overnight. The next day T&T staff did a very timely and reliable job replacing the belt and water pump. Thanks to T&T our road-trip was only delayed by one night!

Went for a alignment a week ago. It was a great experience, the people that helped me were super nice. After my alignment was done they explained me what they fixed. Then a week later they called me with a thank you call. Very professional and super nice. They will get my business again for sure.
