T4 Natomas reviews
16The delivery speed was pretty good, one of my lemon bomb drinks mightve been messed up, but i wasnt bothered by it. Otherwise, most of the drinks i got there were up to my needs.
Rude and disrespectful staff who don't know how to do their job. Most of the time, the staff are just sitting around eating and talking and don't attend to the customers. Kaitlyn is the worst. She messed up my order and somehow blamed me. Even cursing up a storm right in front of my face. Definitely not going back! If you do go, ALWAYS double check your order.
Very disrespectful employees or owner. Especially if you are not white skin they treat you like not matters people like us businesses. Thanks to their very disorganized and messed work pattern and set up as a customer I have to get paid rude and disrespectful treatment. I will never visit this place again for any reason.
Rude staff and horrible customer service. So many other boba places in the area that are awesome. Never coming back here and wouldn't recommend.
Been waiting for over 20 minutes for one drink. This is horrible and the customer service is awful. The prices are wrong in multiple different places. This place is a mess.
Everytime I order I never get any sauce for my food not even my egg rolls and my fried cheese sticks almost 40 worth of food each time and don’t even provide you sauce after you request it
Not bad when they get your order right, which is confusing when you place the order face to face.
There is no person who take care of order to pickup, I have to do the line and wait for almost 20 minutes
Friendly and fast! Meetings wish they had more people, the servers seem to be working super hard, but I think they are in fact hiring now, nice!
I called at 8: 30 they say that their app doesn’t work at this hour so I would have to come in and place an order I come in to place an order and they don’t serve half of the beverages or things that I would order so what is the point of them staying open past 830 if they aren’t serving past 830
They were really nice.the milk tea was amazing. I liked how they cleaned after serving each customer. Highly recommended.
Showed up 20 minutes before closing and the staff was just sitting around and refused to serve me even though the hours listed on the door said they were open.
Went there on a Sunday afternoon, the line was out the door with two staff working with no AC. Got line thinking it would be quick since there were three people ahead of us, boy, was I wrong! It took 10 mins to get to the cashier, another 10 mins to put in our orders of two drinks, and another 10 minutes to get our drinks.
While customers are waiting in line, they don't take your order; they put in any orders came through the delivery service first. They make the customer wait until they are done with their online order and phone before assisting the customer in front of them. On top of it, they don't talk phone order.
The cashier was scratching his head, touching his face, handling money then scooping boba, jelly, etc.into the cups without washing his hands in between each task.
I like their food. Their customer service, however, needs to be improved.
As one reviewer said, they don't give priority to walk-in customers. They make you wait until they are done with their online orders. This can take up to 10 minutes in my experience.
I guess their online business is better than their store business.
My rating is not for taste or customer service. I am giving them 1 star because when the whole world is suffering from this Covid thing, I noticed their cashier touching every thing from cups to equipments with the same hands after handling money. She doesn't wash her hands or use any sanitizer. Straight from touching cash to cups and using scoops to pour bobas, she even put her fingers inside the cup. I used to manage restaurants and even owned my own at one point. Cashiers should not be allowed to touch anything else, unless they wash their hands thoroughly. Money is one of the dirtiest things which carries tons of germs. Sorry T4U, but you lost a customer because you are not following the rules.
