Taco Bell, Moreno Valley CA

I've been here a good few times and the staff is usually polite, but recently they've become very rude, and will interrupt someone's order just to keep joking around with the other workers. Recently they're left food unwrapped in the bag for some reason. I've had to make up to 3 trips just to finally get my order right, and they get more annoyed each time I come back to get something thing fixed which they messed up. There's a few taco Bell's in this city, save yourself the time and go to the other ones instead.

I came to the reviews to see if they always closed early or just when I wanted food and sure enough they close early ALL THE TIME. And I'm talking up to 3 hours early sometimes causing me to have to cancel an uber eats delivery. I saw several guys in the dining area with the lights off just hanging out. What in the world!

I do food delivery and this place is by far the worst staff on any planet. I picked up in drive thru around 7 times. Every. Single. Time.a wait of 30-60+ minutes just to pick up a customers order. I lost time, money, and forget about the tip. The drive thru is a huge issue. I hear customers argue of how long the wait is all the time.

This taco bell is amazing! Great service, great food! All around awesome! Joel went above and beyond with his customer service, he was nice, sweet and attentive. Completely on point with everything, thank you! 5 stars for sure!

The girls that work here are very nice. Went on 2 different occasions and a different girl every time and both very polite. Food was fresh.

I asked for my fries she forgot after she told me everything was in the bag.then took forever and didn’t even tell me we will bring that up. Then still forgot my cheese sauce for my fries.horrible service! They even might do this on purpose.everyone check you order. 8/11/21 3pm

DON’T COME HERE! Go to the one off Nason instead. The last month I’ve came here two times have I been welcomed with a CLOSED DRIVE THRU! When you try to go inside the doors are locked and there’s an employee eating and being apparently useless all the while being on his phone. Keep in mind this is during normal business hours. The employee should be fired immediately! I will no longer come here. Awful management and staff. I will be contacting corporate about this as it seems to be an ongoing problem

06-24-21 9pm workers literally quit early even tho their schedule was until 2 am, had to cancel 2 of my uber eats deliveries as I am a driver.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. Uber drivers: Don’t waste your time! This Taco Bell has the most LAZIEST EMPLOYEES. Never in my life have I seen employees literally take it upon themselves to CLOSE AND QUIT EARLY. Walked in at 6 and doors are locked. Employees ignore you when you knock. Wait till corporate hears about this.

Horrible as well. Advertising open till 300 am and here now and nobody is answering the drive thru!

Two employees were hiding in the dark and in the kitchen respectively and weren't willing to let me and my fellow UberEats driver in to pick up an order. To my fellow drivers, don't accept pickup from this location. Customers, don't order from this place. BEWARE.

Worst Taco bell in Moreno valley. They are slow and very unprofessional. Customer service skills sucks if I could rate zero stars I would.

Food was fresh had a chicken power bowl and my daughter and cheesy gordita crunch tacos mountain dew and cinnamon twist

They had a very long line but k be was able to be in and out of it very quickly. My order was complete and hot fresh and tastey

No more Mexican Pizza. I'm crushed & nothing else compares. Now off my fast food go to's list!

I placed an order through post mates, and I was missing a crunch wrap supreme and the Doritos locos tacos supreme I also ordered were not the supreme ones. They were missing the tomatoes and sour cream. I called them and no one answered.

Nacho party platter was removed from the menu even though ads are still on TV and I could only redeem my birthday Mountain Dew drink by coming inside which I choose not to want to do.
