Taco Bell, San Gabriel CA

I ordered on line, was charged TWICE. They said they never recieved my order. I payed dble ordering off the menu. Total 72.66 on line, 51.53 in person because it was almost 11 by they time. They put 5 Combos SMOOSHED in 2 bags. The manager was overwhelmed.

When ever I order a soft taco supremes they leave out everything that makes it a supreme taco. Even when I specify the items I want added like tomatoes, they NEVER get it right. It’s a rip off because I paid for something and didn’t get it. It’s been going on for a while now with this location. I don’t know if they’re trying to save money or what, but I’m over it. This Taco Bell sucks.

Worker gives me a free drink cause he made the wrong flavor, and the Manager took it back from me, after I was holding it, while waiting for my food, then he gave it to someone in the drive thru. Gross.

Decent service Sometimes they messup the order. But mostly its a girl who takes the order she is Very good.

The man with the beard is very rude and got my order wrong. He refused to refund my money back for the wrong order. I don’t know what his name is but he is old and has a beard and is working in drive thru. He also put a little bit of nacho fries in the bag. He also has bad customer service

This place was terrible. They didn't give me my change nor a receipt AND they did not give me the doritos taco I ordered (and paid for). I will never return.

My whole mobil order was done so bad.all meat items had less than a spoonful of meat.the supreme burrito was nothing but tortilla with a small amount of meat in the middle. Here is a picture of the chalupa, where's the beef. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

Custumer service was off the chain
. And the food was slamming jamimin.clean bathrooms.clean dining areas. The employees were all working fast and smooth.and smiling all the way. I went in sad.and came out happy.well managed store.stay up.

Quicker than quite a few places and food was of that taco bell quality. Good enough to go back again if you the craving:)

We went thru after 10 pm and received prompt service for a rather large order. Cashier was very nice, slow but nice.

Follow was amazing the wait was a little too much than what I hoped for but other than that good location

Disgusting Smoke!
My kids and I Love Taco Bell.but this location is right next to a restaurant where there is ALWAYS somebody smoking outside! This always kills my appetite. I know I can eat more but the smell just takes my hunger away. There is nobody enforcing, the laws or just comon courtesy from each restaurant to maintain this common area for all customers. This is the closest location we have and sadly I think we will just have to give up Taco Bell. This is actually a great place with great customer service wether you dine in or use the drive thru. Parking is always available. All day breakfast would be great too!

Different people every time I go in.handycap spot is dangerous for passengers on right side of vehicle

It's decent. The food isn't great but it's edible. The service isn't the best either. They mess up orders occasionally and it's kind of slow at times.

You get worth your money with this taco Bell menu.
You never leave this place hungry with less than $10.

Nice staff, food made well, mold growing in the ice machine and manager refuses to clean it out and sanitize it.

The young ladies that works in the drive thru are so cheerful that it'll make you be forced to get in a positive mood

Cheap and delicious. Didn't even spend 25 bucks to get a meal. A definitely recommended place to be for dinner.

It's ok, except they never asked if I wanted the meal that cost almost as much as my order today.

Good for a quick pseudo Mexican fast food joint.though not the best quality for those that are into organic or healthy options
