18The taco shell's where all broken we got the wrong burritos on one of the combos and the grill at the window wasen't friendly at all
Service went from bad to worst! I didn't get my receipt and when asked for it the cashier handed me a bunch of diff ones he had crunched up ready to toss. The order was wrong when I got home and since the person couldn't give me a receipt because the ones he gave me weren't mine I couldn't go back and get it fixed also was missing a burrito and a taco to make it worst! I had not gone in a while because of bad service I was hoping things had changed and they did but for worst! So disappointed! Basically paid $43. For food that was mostly thrown away because it was wrong and other part missing.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, bad customer service! They hire ignorant people who think it’s okay to give attitude when it’s their mistake. They need to hire new people who know how to properly communicate because the people working there now are so rude. Will never come back to this location again.
Place is dishonest with their prices. Tried to order a create your own $5 box and they said they don't sell those there. I told them it was advertised in the app and they said you had to order it through the app. Then I saw a crunch wrap combo for $5 and they said that it was $5.99.at that point I said forget it and walked out. If they can't honor advertised prices they should not even be open.
Came at 12: 30 AM, hours appear as closing time being 2 AM. There were no employees available, tried the Intercom and the window. Everything was on but no employee was in sight. Very disappointing.
They told us they were closed tonight on a Saturday and the website says they close at 2am. Hence its around 10: 30 pm right now. What the hell Taco Bell, your employees are getting paid until 2 am then right?
Wrong order as always. Employees just talk and laugh with each other while placing order. Blame the mistake on me for not double checking my food
Went to get a 5.00 meal box. Asked the worker if they still had the 5.00 meal box. Guy says no guess he had no idea. I looked the menu as we drove off. They have a 5.00 craving meal deal. You pick 4 different items to add to your box. He couldn't tell us this! I Love the Chalupas. So I can get one with this box. A regular taco, choice of the cinnamon crisps, and choice of drink. Perfect. At least You can create to your own tastes. Now I Know.
Because of the pandemic, Taco Bell in Wilmington, CA allows people who don't drive cars to go thru the drive thru on a bycicle. But as long as there's a car in it, you have to wait until there are no more cars in line. My money is just as good as anyone else's. So why do they make you wait until every last car in line gets to order & pick up first? Because of this, I will never go there to buy food from them again.
I bought a beefy five layer burrito right before they closed.didnt give me a receipt.got home check my account.they charged me $17.50
Very bad service. Went through the drive thru and got charged for things I did not order. When asked that my order be fixed the employees were very rude. The Manager was however very polite.
Been here before always get the coffee but today I was told that they never sold coffee. IDK what the deal is with taco Bell I won't be back till they get it together
I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could, there have been two times that the employees have been just straight up rude. They need better Customer Service.
Every time I come here they mess up my order. I'll order 2 bean burritos and ill get 2 beef burritos. If I order to beef tacos no cheese I get extra cheese. If I order 2 cheese bean and rice burritos I get 2 bean burritos. Also very rude service, especially skinny blond girl. Everyone has a bad attitude. If they hate their jobs they should quit. Not going to this location again.
The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5, it is due to the fact, when I asked for some hot sauce, I do not want a reply saying, "It is in the box. " When I opened th box in front of the cashier, ni hot sauce. I hate liars.
Showed up at 8 PM wanting to get dinner. Was unable to as only the drive thru was open and a big rig is unable to fit in a drive thru
They wouldn't answer the phone and their website kept kicking me off. When I asked them about it they just tried to get me to leave by lying instead. Worst taco bell service I've experienced.
Ordered in drive-through. Very disappointed with the service. We asker for two cups of water with iour order and were told no. " We don't have any, ' it's 85 degrees outside, and they refused us water. They also denied us ketsup at first. Said they didn't have any of the hat either. When we questioned the ketsup, they gave us a couple packets. Keep in mind that he manager was standing there the whole time!
