Taco Bell, Long Beach CA

Meals are much better than they used to be and I think they have made a huge overall improvement over the years.

This is the closest Taco Bell to where we live and we always come here and I swear to GOD not once have they forgotten ITEMS in our order OR have it looking like this. Last time for sure

Long drive thru wait at 3: 00 p.m. Seems like the food was being created as they were ordered which is good because it came off fresh, but bad if you're going on your lunch break.

What can I say, everyone's tried Taco Bell. I'm sure. Quick service. Decent food for the price. And always there when you need it. My only suggestion is to check your bag before you drive away from the drive-thru.

Went thriugh drive thru, our order was wrong twice. 1st time I went in because had 2 missing items which they questioned to begin with and I literally was still there. Got home and opened the packaging and 2 different items were wrong. No sorry, no remakes just oh ok. It's just the point and everything was cold by the time I went back n forth after getting home.

Customer service, quality control are simple to be good at but this location failed

Mexican pizza was the only item correct out of 5 items

1st time to this location. Went before they closed. Didn’t have certain combo meal deals I get at my typical location also didn’t have the potatoes. I ended up getting the chalupa meal and asked for beef instead of chicken. Receipt says “beef” but I still got chicken. It’s was late so I get it and didn’t wanna go back. Chicken was dry tho so made the whole chalupa fry. My boyfriend liked his Doritos locos tacos and they were nice for it being so late and busy.

When leaving the drive through I checked the bags. We were missing a burrito. I ordered online so I know exactly what I ordered.the lady at the counter tried to argue with my husband that she already made it.he had to bring the bag in to prove we didn't have it. Then my husband Opened his chalupa and there was just 2 little spots of meat.very disappointed

Horrible look how I received my tacos today barely any meat not worth the price at all. They basically just gave me the shell.

Employees are nice, BUT Restaurant has no A/C (yes duringthe summer), their nachos taste like acid (not sure why, but its very common here), and 50% of the time you get the food wrong (on drive window). This restaurant used to be 5 stars, not sure what's going on.

I love Taco Bell. I just hope in the future they can provide sugar free drinks and better quality food. But I can say the same thing about every fast food restaurant out there.

A very easy to find taco bell, in a convenient location. Every single time I go there isn't that huge of a line, and the food is always prepared excellent. I love this Taco Bell and the staff is awesome too

The staff was very kind and attentive and let me use the restroom with no issues. The food was also good and I especially like that it came in biodegradable containers.

Overall good. Took a bit longer than expected when picking up a small mobile order with no one in line.

Not an ok place to stop after work, food was cold drinks was flat. Service was not bad, needs to improve more though. Great effort but try harder.

This location has raised the prices twice on the value menu items since the start of the pandemic the first time they took out one ingredient and raised the price the second time just recently only raised the price it is only at this location that the prices have changed thats weird?

Missed 2 orders of fries in the order and no one will pick-up the phone. Not a good place to order.

I ordered two freezes. I paid my $5 and was handed 2 sodas. "The freezes aren't working and we already charged you". I DON'T EVEN DRINK SODA Is this what passes as customer service these days? "I know this isn't what you ordered, but we can't be bothered to refund your money, bye! "

If your ordering food thru the app, forget it! They will give your food to the wrong person and you will get charged for it!
