Especially at the front counter was awesome they forgot to put sour cream and one of our tacos and she replaced it so no problem and gave us an extra one piece

This place is either under staffed or lazy. I waited 20 minutes for some burritos. I thought getting off would be faster but it wasn't. I previously was in the drive through and waited 35 minutes but, refunded my food. It was a joke. Will not not go back. Saddest part is that this place is 1/2 block from my home.

When I got my cinnamon twist from this Taco Bell it was half way filled at first I checked the bag but none fell in the bag their cinnamon twist are always filled to the top SMH

The food isn't good, the tortillas wasn't cooked well and was cold. The food was mushy and stuff.not really recommending it besides the service was okay.

Food is trash here. Never clean. Customer service sucks. My food was cold and I told them about it and I was in a shouting match with cook, she said it was Because of lettuce. But my meat was still cold. Then, they were talking in Spanish and I speak five languages I spoke back in Spanish they acted like they didn't understand. Terrible food

Place was very clean. Food was good. I had a quick lunch and left. The dining area was very well cleaned. Definitely coming again.

It's okay. I ordered a burrito with no beef just beans and cheese she still added beef and no beans. You hace to speak louder so the cashier can hear you. Had to go drive up the window to order. The menu wasn't working so they had to use plastic paper hanging from outside and it was raining. Wasn't a good experience.

I have come a number of time’s trough drive thru and sit there no answer’s there sign say the open at 7 I’ve been there usually around 7: 30 8: 00 am and no one the lobby says it’s closed

AJ is management material. His attitude right when I walked in was Awesome! Had my order just right cuz I'm kinda picky. And made the whole experience Fantastic. My food was hot and no beans extra cheese just like I ordered. If you can't make him manger give him recognition. He deserves it! HonestlyI had so much fun interacting with him. Thank You AJ you are one of a kind!

I have dropped by on 3 occasions in the last 2 months. The first time they screwed up my order. The 2nd time we arrived at the drive thru around 8: 30pm, all lights on including drive thru, went to place my order and told they are closed. Today we pull up to the drive thru and told need to place order through online app as there are only 2 employees and the one taking my order is leaving in 5 minutes so will be down to 1 employee. I take the time to download the app and not working. Not sure if there was management or ownership change but service iss terrible now. Will never go back to this place.

I just called them to confirm that they take EBT they said yes over the phone but when I go and pay they say no so employees are complete liars and wasting my time if I could give them zero stars I could do not recommend

It says it open until 1am.have been here a couple of times at 12: 30am when staff is inside and they won't take your order

Very upset posted hours say they are open 7am - 10pm on Sundays, stopped in to get some food at 9: 15pm and nobody answered drive-thru, front was locked, person inside looked like they were making food. So I tried the drive thru one more time.again nobody taking orders. Didn't even say, sorry we're closed. I even went as far as stopping at the window and was honking my horn to get the workers attention. Apparently she was tired and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. It is super frustrating when a place is supposed to be open and they aren't. At least have the courtesy to post a sign on the door, saying whatever and that they are closed. It's the least you could do. Instead of making your customer waste their time trying to figure out whether or not you are open.

DO NOT LET WORKERS TOUCH YOUR FOOD AFTER HANDING IT OUT WHILE ASKING FOR AN ERROR TO BE CORRECTED. THEY WILL JUST CONTAMINATE IT BY HANDLING IT WITH DIRTY HANDS AND NOT CORRECT THE ORDER. THIS WAS DONE BY THE MANAGER? ANDWe bought 1 fiesta veggie burrito and 1 $5 box for a total of about $7 on February 2,2022 at about 3: 55 pm. All burritos had meat including the vegan one. Manager insists on handling all food for proof of their mistake. We insist that if she touches them we will request a new untouched box due to Covid contamination. She touches all food sees that all have meat and does not apologize and disrespectfully returns the touched contaminated food to us without correcting the vegan burrito. As a vegan, I love Taco Bell. As Covid worsens I don’t trust that workers feel entitled to touch given out food and then return it without correcting the order only to just contaminate it. As a vegan and as a cusTomer concerned for safety and health practices of food handling, Taco Bell must enforce better sanitation practice or it will sicken its customers…

In the end I am vegan who got no vegan burrito. Taking my vegan cravings elsewhere, and this made my who family reconsider eating at Taco Bell again.

So this place is ok, I order my food mostly on the app so I can get my food quick lol!

The staff is cool for the most part.

This place is not really that pack, either walk-in or drive-thru!

Overall I don't have issues with this taco bell!

Oh n the food is good for the most part!

Live few blocks away so have stopped by many times but won't be going back anymore. Too many orders are done incorrectly but you still get charged the extra charge. I normally order extra beef on Taco and soda w/o ice but they just can't figure it out. Drive through isn't normally busy, guessing that could be due to orders not being done correctly. Employees also don't seem very interested in helping fix the problem.
