I start working at Taco Bell and it's the first time that I will be working at a Taco Bell in like 40 years

Taco Bell is taco bell, you like it or you don’t. This location always messes up our order thou and the workers are rude.

Friendly service, fast food production, rarely a long waiting period. Ok prices. Not as expensive As McDonald's these days but close runner up

I dont know who’s managing this place but… yikes food is either fresh and totally wrong or we get through the drive through in 2 seconds and get passed stale burritos.

They get the order wrong two out of three times - I order off of their menu using the item descriptions they give me - sometimes I dont receive all my items - it is not worth it to go back and complain - there was only one order in front of me and one behind me - they we not that busy

When you want Americanized Mexican food on a tight budget.this is the place. I just don't like the fact that most of the Taco bells I go to either put 8 to 12 onion pieces, or forget it all together, even though I pay extra for it. When they remember to put onion on my meal, I usually can't even taste it because there are so few pieces on it.

I'm not sure what magic they have, but this Taco Bell is consistently faster than any other. And everything is great quality! Taco Bell relative of course.

They keep premade burritos and chalupas. Our food was ready in 5 seconds. We ordered from the speaker station and drove to the window and food was given to us in 5 seconds. We realized the burritos do not taste fresh and hot as they should.

Love me a cheap meal here and there. Taco Bell is my happy place since the 70's. Back then they fried their own shells, I miss that. 3 Tacos for 99 cents or 33 cents each plus tax. Not kidding you, in high school we ate there at least 3 times a week. Ate in my car and then went to 7-11 next store and get M&M's or some sweets then back to my brother and his friends kegger parties Friday and Saturday nights. Girls were free. Lots of people and in the front yard. Red Solo cups galore. Thanks Napa for the memories. It was hard liquor or beer, no wine. The tours at the Wineries we're FREE. We didn't drink wine, beer or hard liquor. Thanks Taco Bell for filling the munchies need.

This is actually a pretty good Taco Bell. Can't think of a time they messed up my order. The drive thru is small and a bit odd so dont take oversized vehicles in.

I almost never go to taco bell, because no matter what my order is wrong. It's been several months since my last visit and my order was wrong. I just went today and of course it's wrong again. I tried to call and got voice mail. While trying to leave a message they picked up the phone and hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Get your act together!

They always get my order wrong or will put little to no fillings in my tacos. 2 stars because i enjoy my food when its done right and because i live and breathe baja blast

We just went to this location and ordered because their speaker is broken. Totally fine because someone was there to take the order. She was pleasant and write the order down right, but when we got home almost everything was wrong. There were sauce and onions on the burritos marked NO sauce or onions, I was given four tacos when I only ordered one, and my drink didn't have the lid on correctly so I almost dropped my drink. I understand better drive times but this is NOT good customer service.

Ordered food through uber eats. Didn't get all of my order. Called to complain got sent to voice-mail. As I am making the voice-mail they answer and hang up on me. I get it that your a fast food place but I didn't even get the main part of my order.

I've always enjoyed Taco Bell. On my most recent visit, I witnessed unmasked employees cooking and packaging food. They talked across the food assembly table to others on the line, sometimes raising their voices to be heard, with uncovered food directly in front of them. I've learned that vaccines do not prevent someone from contracting the disease, rather they help by lessoning the impact, ideally, so much so that symptoms will never surface. They DO NOT prevent contracting the disease and exposing others to it while their bodies silently fight it. I live in a high-risk environment and cannot afford to bring someone else's droplets home on my food. Before you jump to conclusions, we are vaccinated. There are millions of people who are on prescribed medications to treat severe arthritis and other similar conditions, that work by turning off or suppressing the patient's Autoimmune system. For these people, even having been vaccinated, consuming food prepared under those conditions could be fatal.

I understand that we are opening back up, and that businesses need to be open. I understand why customers might be allowed to enter unmasked. However, I do not understand how any business can justify the kind of risk that allowing staff to handle food this way creates.

It seems that I may have eaten my last party pack of soft tacos, because I won't be exposing those whom I love to this kind of potential risk. Run FROM the border!

Fast and competent young man at drive thru and received the correct order and quickly! Best experience at Taco bell in recent memory!

Taco bell is an exquisite meal fit for kings and queens of the noblest backgrounds. Always a great experience to get food here. Nacho fries returning to the menu should be a national holiday.

I think I shared once before that we like Taco Bell my granddaughter loves the steak burritos we love the new pineapple coconut drink we probably go there three four times a month because we also go to Pollo Loco where are use my coupons we also go to Springside downtown they give you a lot of food and the prices are pretty good
