Taco Bell, Spring Valley CA

This KFC/Tacobell is the worst. I stood at the counter for at least five minutes. Before the Mgr walked by and said someone would be with me. The cashier was unfriendly and didn't even say hi. The food is garbage. I don't know how the are still in business. I ordered from the taco bell menu. Stay away!

I usually don't like to give reviews but this is the second time I order the 3 crunchy regular tacos and they charge me for the supreme. This time I told them I didn't want supreme tacos and they still charged me for supreme and the guy that was there was gonna give m regular tacos without giving me a receipt. I had to asked for my receipt an that's how I noticed he charged me for supreme and he didn't say anything. If it wasn't because I asked for my receipt they wouldn't of reimbursed me the difference. Bad service. I will never go back

Actually it a combined fast food location with KFC/ Taco Bell. Which I normally order a 3 pc.or 4 pc.chicken combo and a bean & cheese burrito (just in case the chicken combo isn't quite so filling). But it is convenient and you get a broader selection of American-Mexican fast-food.

The service can sometimes be slow, but that's probably due to a high turnover, because I'm always see new faces working the cash register. Overall it is convenient and close to home.

It's fast food, but I think it's healthier than the other places you can go. They have vegetarian options and you can customize your favorite foods. This location is usually friendly and efficient.

Really bad service, got my order wrong twice.i order two #8.and two extra Doritos tacos.how hard is that

Quick and easy food that is fair priced and tasty. Long lines often but not unbearable, customer service isn't the greatest but nothing worth complaining about.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE! It was a couple nights ago. They are rude, I had a large order, one which was 8 crunch wrap supremes which after paying they tell me they don’t have them.and politely asked if we wanted something similar we said sure! They replaced it with a 2 dollar wrap which was od, I had payed way more than what I got. I’ve asked for a refund and if they could charge me for the wraps instead.the employee wasn’t understanding our complain. We asked for the Manager, as if she was going to be even nicer! SHE RUDELY offered me cookies to make up the replacements. If you guys only knew how rude it was. We denied. We just wanted a new receipt and a refund to pay for the wrap cause the bill for the supreme was expensive. After seeing us frustrated. They asked for the food back and said they will refund it and after saying i was going to pay for the new wraps, they threw it away in front of my face.meanest attitude ever! I told the manager why did you guys do that? She said “I refunded your order and threw the food. I offered you cookies but you didn’t want them, you can go now” slamming the window and locking it. Just rude and unprofessional restaurant. I’ve been coming there for years and familiar to the works at night.they suck! Never had this happen before, I would give this Taco Bell a 0 star if I can.

I swing by after work sometimes, so it's late, 10: 30ish. Last couple times I didn't order anything at all because I just wanted the veggie Mexican Pizza and they were out. Not sure if that's just always or I go too late?
Review is for the late shift staff.they are AWESOME. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Seems like they might be understaffed but even when things take longer they make chitchat, smile, just super sweet patient people.

Worst location in San Diego! Drive thru always takes forever even if they're not busy. Miss sauces even though reminded multiple times. Orders made incorrectly and poorly. Got a chalupa with meat in only half of the tortilla. Suggest going to the Lemon Grove location instead of this one!

Ordered the Mexican Pizza, Grilled cheese Burrito, and 3 tacos. SO disappointed to get half the topping of my Mexican Pizza stuck to my box bec whoever the employee was that bagged my order placed my other items (bagged) on topped of my boxed pizza.

We ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos, one black bean chalupa and a veggie fiesta burrito. It took FOREVER haha I joked that maybe they forgot how to many vegetarian burritos because no one orders them.
When we got home we discovered that I was right, my veggie burrito was definitely not what it was supposed to be but at least they didn't put meat in it ‍️

Tacos supreme are always good and the quesadillas if you don't want to spend much. Also, the cheese roll ups. The only down side was that they were out of Mexican pizzas.

This is for restaurant # C191027 at 8330 paradise valley I won’t say no names but the lady who took my order was not about customer service how ever Maritza heard and saw what was happening and took over and showed how important customer service is to her. She step in and took care of my order with grace and pride for the Taco Bell company. She is a winner and definitely deserve recognition. Thank you Maritza. I don’t know about anyone else but I take extreme caution to who ever is making my food. Some of these employees don’t care because to them it’s fast food and just a check but I would like to thank the young lady Maritza for her leadership skills. Bless her heart I hope she see this thank you

This Taco Bell is trash they have roaches? And the so called vegetable? Are soggy and old. The customer service sucks and they are very rude and abrasive. Due your self a favor avoid this shittybell. Safe your gas & money and go somewhere else

I did not eat here and would never eat this kind of food. So being that I do lots of reviews and must be real. So I will just say eat real food and feel good look good and don't eat garbage good. You will be much better off eating real food.

Rude staff. Good thing a manager is there to help fix issues of poor staff. Food is whatever. Not impressed during this visit at all, and may just be my last.

For a combo Taco Bell I'm impressed, great TB. I've been inside and in the drive thru and they actually give me great product, not holding back when I order extra sour cream on my nachos for example like some TBs do. Happy customer new to the area.
