Taco Bell, Foothill Ranch CA

Got my takeout order mixed up with someone else, and didn’t notice til I got home. Called them and they remade my order and apologized profusely. Great job taco bell, amazing customer service due to a small accident!

I love Taco Bell. It's my favorite fast-food place! My go to. Green burrito, add sour cream and a crunchy taco. Love the green sauce!

There have been a few times now that every time I order food and bring it home, I found out that the protein portion of the meals has gone smaller and smaller. This time, the quesadillas had literally a couple of chicken or steak pieces in them. I will never going to order food from this store again.

The food was fine. Consistent with TB.
The service was lacking any enthusiasm.
What do you want?
Want hot sauce?
Want a receipt?
And the watching them interact with customers that also have zero social skills was just super painful.

I ordered throught mobile app, and when it's time to pick up my order, it wasn't available, and the app already charged my bank. The lady who works there said my order wasn't on their system and cant do anything about it, even after I showed her my order was ready for pick up on the app. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I won't order at this location again.

These people told me that because I had a big backpack and a customer I complained I looked for I wasn't welcome and they were called the cops on me in 5 minutes. Without me speaking a word.

This location serves stale taco shells. Please learn to store your food and not leave it out in open air. Tacos were ruined.

Manager doesn’t treat employees correctly. Had kids working on the stove at some point. Very disappointing food. Never go here or work here for your own sakes.

In my 15 years of living within 2 minutes of this store I have never once had an experience that I was anything other than great. But the last two times I have been served food so poorly cooked that If it were not for the fact that this is a legal establishment I would think that the cook is trying to kill my by choking me on what can only be described as fried cardboard. Not only that, but whoever made my taco only put lettuce on half of it. I mean how do you mess that up? It's a hardshell taco, there's literally only 3-5 steps depending on how fancy you want to make it. I don't know who's back there making the food, and I've never met them, but based solely on their cooking ability, I can say with complete honesty that there is no universe or reality where I would ever consider this person worthy of friendship or respect in anyway.

Good food, passable soda, grievously over-A/C'd. They kept it at 60 for no apparent reason.

Great location that’s always quick in & out plus the food always comes out above average. Only 4 stars because of the last visit, and a few prior, I’ve left the drive thru only to get home and not have at least 1 item from my order.

Usually no biggie, but when I’m missing a $5+ crunch wrap supreme like last time it adds up. Not sure if it’s them or if it’s the Taco Bell app I order through to get the rewards but it’s only happened here.

Great service but the food was a little cold. The drive through is a pain but it is manageable once you get situated. This location has the typical menu one expects from Taco Bells.

They have new furniture made from reclaimed wood. Looks nice

They've had multiple large "DINE IN OPEN" signs for a while now but I've tried 3 times between 8 - 9pm and they always say the dine in is closed.

Even tho I'm not a stoner, you can't go wrong with taco bell! They need to hire another chihuahua tho.

I went to this location and had wonderful service from this cute boy I believe his name was Jakob. He was quick and fast and got my order correctly

On Saturday lunch time, the place had only one employee supporting both the drive through and inside orders. The place may not be getting enough business to support an additional employee but service was slow and the cashier was trying her best to keep up. Not really her fault, the place seemed just understaffed while we were there.

Walking distance I love their bean burritos when I get onions and tomatoes on them and the chips and cheese is always great I love all their food morning afternoon dinner great atmosphere and great and friendly employees thanks Taco Bell
