Taco Bell, Fallbrook CA

Closed off dining area before 8 pm…asked why at the drive thru (that took forever), said needed to let a few employees take their break…. Unfair to employees and makes customers unhappy

This Taco Bell sucks they never have the new freeze flavor and they didn’t have the Doritos taco shell. What the point of going to Taco Bell if they have all these promotions/advertisement then don’t have it….

Oh boy let me tell you when I'm going down the street I think of nothing but steak chalupas and let me tell you I got to have a soft taco with that you know if it ain't right it ain't right and then sometimes you go into Taco Bell and you get your chalupa and your taco as I do and you get to eat and then you notice there's very little bit of steak in that there are chalupa you know that gets you kind of upset but yet when you turn around and go back they act like you ate the steak before you got there you know but hey I love the place I still go there brother like that or not at times but I do love Taco Bell Taco Bell is my favorite place in fallbrook and to eat and my cold Pepsi but you know if I was you I would go have a chalupa and a soft taco and see how good it is with that Pepsi-Cola

First I want to open up with saying I have been here MANY times with zero issues.

With that being said, if you are there during a busy hour, like around 8pm, check your food BEFORE you pull away.

Unless you like ordering a decent sized meal then driving away with a single Doritos taco (that you didn't even order) and then finding the lobby is locked so your only choice to get it fixed would be waiting through a dozen or so cars.

Lovely dine in atmosphere, clean, fast and friendly. I believe most go through the drive thru, but when I eat, I want to sit and enjoy it. I has the Mexican pizza, it was really good.

Like most fastfood now. Run by a bunch of kids screwing around. "Uhhhhh we ran out of rice. What else do you want us to put 2 scoops of? " They just left rice out when I got home. Fire and mild please. All hot haha

The drive through staff (guy with deep voice) was so friendly. My order was prepared correct. Love that when going through drive through.

I have gone to this location 4 times at 8am and no one will take my order. It’s very annoying since I go on my way to work.

This is a good store. However, do not get the toasted cheddar chalupa.that is absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure that I have ever eaten a worse tasting thing than this.

Around 3 to 4 pm, this location gets incredibly busy. I suggest going in, since the drive through is packed. Funny though the other fast food places near by are not as busy. The food is standard Taco Bell, you can get the same quality at any location.

2022 update:
The service here is just so bad. Not only do they get your order wrong but they cannot even answer basic questions about their menu. Literally basic questions like y do u not have fries but other locations do? Are you out? Are you not participating? Are they discontinued in all locations? “i don’t know” and “I didn’t work yesterday “ extremely frustrating. As much as I hate mcdonalds, they have some of the best customer service to date. Always friendly, and always knowledgeable about their menu.

2020 Update:
kudos to simplifying your menu. But you also got rid of the only things i used to eat. Why taco bell whyyyyyy? Why would u get rid of shredded chickennnnnnnn you lost 2 stars.

Their menu is confusing and they have given me the wrong order several times. I went in the drive thru during a rainy day and my entire left arm and driver seat were soaked cuz they don’t have a canopy or roof of any sort. However, i do like the food-when it’s done correctly and the staff is nice.

Was so impressed with how Reham handled everything so gracefully. At the drive thru she was taking orders and was very patient and nice.it was busy but she multitasked like a champ and was so friendly and efficient the whole time. Thank you for your wonderful customer service it is not often you see it much lately. God bless you.

I always order from this Taco Bell through GrubHub. My order is always correct, though it takes a while to deliver.

Very disappointed in my last visit here, crunchy wrap supreme was a portion of its older size. Had almost no nacho cheese or steak which i ordered it with and had a funky taste. Probably the last time i eat here.

Nice staff and fast service, my only complaint is that they tend to get orders wrong quite often.

Horrible service. Ordered my food for pickup and it wasnt even made an hour later. Customer service was trash due to the fact the front counter wasn't being worked so customers continued to wait in frustration. Even witnessed one worker in the back throw a temper tantrum. I'll never eat here again.

I pulled up on 12/05/21 at around 7: 30pm and doors were locked, mind you, there is a huge sign saying, DINE IN NOW OPEN, then i go by drive thru and i get the biggest attitude yelling, I CANT HELP YOU FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES, now i understand the frustration of the understaffed team of workers (1 that night) but this is aimed towards management, why open? Why overwork your employee like that? Just close it down till you have a full team to help customers they way they deserve, everyone deserves respect, don’t disrespect your employees or your customers like that

Each time service gets worse and worse. Always forgetting how to make a dang taco. Terrible service. Shouldn't have to argue with staff.

Ordered my food, "EXPRESSED" my allergy to avocado only to get home and smell the avocado and ranch sauce in the flatbread taco. Allergic reactionz are not "a thing" they're serious and if attention to detail iz too much to ask, then some ppl shouldn't be working in the food/customer service industry.
