Taco Bell, Escondido CA

Only got drinks this time. But usually this is my go to Taco Bell. Haven’t had a bad experience like at other locations.

Girlfriend ordered through doordash they completely left out 2/3 items she ordered which made up about 20$ of the order.

This taco bell is one of the fastest, nicest, friendliest bells I've been too the kids working there are all friendly and hard working.

Usually good service. At times they give wrong bag of food, but you get what you get. Covid has lowered standards for everything. No one is overseeing quality anymore. This seems to be the case for everywhere. Not just Taco Bell.

This location serves high quality Taco Bell. Loads of sauce, crunchy well done chalupas, and good service.

I can’t tell you enough how disappointed I am with the overall service! First off, my husband and I came through the drive through. We paid, paid, received our order and went home. I called multiple times, no answer. I finally get a hold of someone and the male that answered refused to give me his name and called himself Taco Bell. Would not give me his name, but said the manager is Mariam. He then continued to complain that they are short staffed, which is why they could not answer and the food is incorrect. I totally sympathize for the lack of staffing, but as a professional establishment why does this need to affect my order? Why does that need to affect the customer service? I have worked in the corporate industry, I continue to work many areas as we are also short staffed, but we don’t reflect that in our care or service.

It’s unprofessional overall, but I do sympathize with their dilemma. As a consumer, I am disappointed with this establishment, how it has been handled, and the service. I have paid for a meal and the extras I paid for.

Very clean, good quality, great staff. I needed to charge my phone, but I did not see any outlets on the wall. One of the employees helped me find an outlet, hidden behind a booth. Very awesome experience.

They always get your order right in the drive through. No other fast food place can accomplish this in my experience

Out of all the Taco Bells I've been to in this country, this one's the best one. Great staff, I think they should get bonuses for a 5 star review Nevertheless, they seem like happy employees.

There is something different about this particular taco bell. The food here does not taste the same as the other taco bells I've been to. I can't put it into words. I guess the product just tastes old. This is last time I will choose this taco bell.

There you will see nachos Bell grande which I added guacamole jalapenos and chopped onions. Delicious

Took the drive-thru at this location, I ordered the $5 menu deal, it was 5 Stars all day!
I ate half of the generous taco, burritos, drink, and cinnamon twists, went to casino, came back and ate the rest of my meal.
Lady at the window was super nice, presentable, and got me my order, salsa, and change, in under 2 min. Order was nice and temperature of food was good and hot, drink had the perfect amount of soda to ice ratio, lasted me even when I returned from my trip. Carbonation was very satisfying.
All in all this was the best experience out of all the taco bells I have visited in months.

Friendly employees. Clean in and out. Pretty quick service. I ordered using the kiosk inside, it was easy enough to figure out. Food was hot and correct.

Good food, ok prices, they have never got my order wrong like other places staff has always been good.

Predictable. A favorite, guilty pleasure. The menu has changed with covid, so many of the staples are gone.but the flavor remains consistent.
