Taco Bell, Oceanside CA

The first time in my life going through the Drive-thru and the gentleman working the window was purposely not leaning out at all to grab my debit card nor reach out to assist handing me the bags of food and drinks.
It was obvious he was doing it on purpose. Having an employee like this will do nothing but ruin the reputation of your location. I am sure this person has already received complaints of different nature. If I decide to go back to this location and he is there, I will be asking him for his name and the store managers name, to make a formal complaint.
Horrible experience.

It was freezing in there and the manager wouldn't turn the air conditioner off not even for just a little bit. I was shaking while I was eating my food. It was the worst experience ever Had at that Taco Bell and I think in the past it was freezing before too! I'll never go back to this Taco Bell again

It's a Taco Bell. But the people are really nice, and the food is standard for the chain.

Food tastes good as always but once again missing items I like taco bell but I'm constantly missing one item or another

This location barely put any meat in my taco party pack, which is why I haven't been here for almost a year. I included some pictures & the tacos look terrible

They were serviced to look at the other person after running through the state government office.

This location (3895 Mission Ave in Oceanside, CA) screws up the order every time. Seriously, this is the 6th time in a row that my (very simple) order was wrong. Used the drive thru, had to park and go back in the store to get missing food. While inside, there were two other people complaining about missing food from their orders.

Drive thru is awful small I hit my rear tire on drivers side every time I go thru there why did they make it so small, it was nice and big. Now it’s awful.

This Taco Bell is hands down the best TB in O-side! Maybe in all of SoCal. I just wanted to leave them a good review because they deserve it! They have stayed consistent in quality and friendliness over the last 3 years, even during the peak of a pandemic. Their employees are always so nice and efficient. They have never messed up an order, ever! My kids always look forward to their new yummy Freeze flavors. During Happy Hour the drinks are only $1! This TB also offers a military/senior discount. All around, best fast food option in the area.

Taco Bell is still the best. I was looking for a quick get in get out place. Right then here comes a Taco Bell on my side of the street. My order was done perfectly and the items were made exactly as promised. The food was hot and the items were wrapped and clean of food mess. The portion size was correct not the under weight portioned items. The order was fast out the window with napkins and my favorite mild sauce packets. The meal was perfect. Well done Taco Bell.

It's just not like how it use to be 8n the 90's. So different.but was ok. At least customer service was great!

These guys are like the old days. You can actually taste the beef in a crunchy taco! Nice amount of cheese too. It will be my go-to from now on!

I have been here twice now in the last two weeks because my grandma likes the chalupas. Both times they didn't give us all of our order, yet charged us full price. Very poor service. My grandma is so upset that she won't go to ANY taco bells ever again. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this place definitely is a disappointment

Taco Bell food seems to have taken on the consistency of "previously chewed". I'm not sure when this happened but the flavors are lacking and they've done away with so many good items over the years. Enchirito, chili cheese burrito, 2 bean and cheese burrito combo, Mexican pizza. I doubt I'll be going back any time soon
