Taco Bell, Eureka CA

Set up for drive thru and door dash. Poor employees are worked to NOT be able to do anything else. Don't bother going in.

Took 15 minutes for somebody to take our order and there was no line. And a door dash employee was mouthing off at my wife for trying to get somebody's attention for service. And the parking lot was full of squatters hanging out smoking cigarettes, with cars coming and going to greet the people hanging out. Pointedly not there to get food. I leave it to the reader to do the math on that one. Owe yeah, and the door dash employee gave us the bird when we left while smoking with her homies. Won't be going back.

Good was fine, order was correct.
However, we waited more than ten minutes for someone to take order from drive-thru, and there were no cars in the parking lot. Don't understand.

This place is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS got a LOOOOONG line in the drive thru. Im talking all the way wrapped around darn near to the entrance, at ALL times of the day.i mean, i ges Eureka just LOVES Taco Bell, bcuz theres not A SINGLE other fast food place in the whole TOWN that u can pretty much GUARANTEE its gonna b faster to walk in & get yur food than it EVER wood b to go thru the drive thru. And the drive thru stays open 24hrs; and ITS LIKE THAT EVEN AT 2 AM! Crazy, no?
But, i gotta giv them props for their carmel apple empanadas, CUZ THEY ARE BBBBBOOOOOMMMMBBB!
No joke; on the $1 menu, even!
WAAAAY better than any other fast foods apple pie. Its like a deep fried apple carmel dream in yur mouth.if u aint tried one, u HAVE TO. Only downfall, is they take like 15min to cook, & they can only "drop" (cook) 6 of them at a time, & they arent allowed to give them to u til theyve been sittin for at LEAST 5, usually 10 min, bcuz the insides SOOO HOT from being fresh out the deep fry, that a person cood actually burn themselves & sue, if that policy wasnt enforced. So, the wait sucks, but ITS WORTH IT. My hubby n i figured a way around the wait tho.
If u call them 1st, & let them no yur coming to order sum, u dont hav to sit in the parking lot waiting, lol.
Much faster pickup, for sure! Update: since having written this review, the tb in my town has discontinued the Carmel apple empanadas, as well as the Mexican pizza, really unfortunate, cuz they lost my business all together. Those two items were the O N L Y reason I ever went there to eat. Smh

I suffered because I ate here, nothing redemptive about this business other than nice employees thus the two stars.

Extremely slow service whether you order ahead for the drive thru or pick in store. I order pick up in store and wait 30 minutes before driving there and and still have to wait 5 - 10 minutes for my order to be ready.

Soo it's Taco bell. I don't expect a lot. But ordered 4 taco supremes, got 2 supremes 2 regular. Paid for 4. Ordered loaded potatoes was on screen, did not get. All other items were fine. But is it really so hard to get an order correct. This happens frequently, and never get a receipt anymore.

There was a nice touch of separating the different burritos that share the same wrapper in different bags. Unfortunately, that was kind of undercut by our missing hot sauce and one burrito being the wrong order, as well as some of our cheesy bean and rice missing one of the three ingredients. I’m disappointed in what is usually a consistent chain.

Decent, very decent, in fact, it was incredibly decent, one might call this place the decent of all decency.

It's not terrible, the line was long as ussal but it's taco bell so you shouldn't expect the best in the first place.

What in the actual heck! We have literally been waiting at the window for our food for 30 mins and still waiting! I know this is fast food. I get that but this is so ridiculous! We are watching them “work” and the staff is standing around on their phones. The food comes… finally. And I ask where the nachos are. And the guy says I have know idea what you even ordered. What? !? Worst experience ever! Oh my god!

The food's good but there's always a line from hell it seems like the people can just dish it out

Wait was 20 min or so for our food. No communication or apology for the extremely long wait with only a few folks dining inside. No idea what was going on. Camera installation in the dining area was impressive ;-)

They refused to answer my questions through the drive thu and just dismissed me while answering more order requests… save your time and money

Long lines in the drive thru.but service was still pretty quick and usually accurate. I'm sure will visit sometime again.

They really need to consider reconstructing their driveway entrance as it is very unsafe for anyone entering or exiting this location. They also need to keep better cleaning and sanitizing habits, rules, etc add it is not very clean in the dining area nor the restrooms at all.
While sitting in the drive thru for an hour literally after being asked to wait for my order to be taken I had to rev my engine and the yell hello several times to be spoken to by an employee that had forgotten I was asked to wait a moment they'd be right with me 30 minutes and there was a line of cars behind me that lives ask the way around the building. WTH let's talk poor service, Geez

For the last 3 times I've been; my order has been incorrect, missing items, or charged incorrectly.
It's about what you'd expect from fast food though

This establishment is a complete dumpster fire past 9: 00pm. If I could mark "dine-in", and "take-out" box I would. On two separate back to back occasions, the order we had placed got completely butchered, and the food was falling out of the wrappers and was total chaos in a paper bag. 2nd occasion, I overheard a handful of their employees loudly complaining about having to make a simple order, and complaining about having to clean the kitchen with one gal saying "i aInT dOin tHaT, iZ wHaT IT is. " Please get your team under control or please select the correct employees to put in a role of leadership. I WILL NOT be eating at that establishment for a long time. For now, I will be going to the one in WILLITS, CALIFORNIA. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT'S THE BEST TACO BELL IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
