In short, I was served spoiled food and when I informed the employee (no one confessed to be the manager) she just ssid they couldn’t take it back and I had to purchase something else if I wanted to. I requested she check the food to ensure they don’t continue to serve spoiled food but she didn’t care. Something that comes out of a can was DEFINITELY old and they continued to serve it. The Health Department needs to check this place out. The female employee also lied to me and said the registers were broken and I had to use the kiosk but she went to use it to charge me for another food item. Employee does not have integrity. AVOID THIS PLACE!

These people close early every single time I go, even with a line in the drive through. Must not care about making money or hungry people.

Worse burritos ever. Tasted like tortilla because there was practically to filling. Drive through is sloooooooow.

Snow storm hit, and I am in a rental car with no chains. Was doing great but CHP insisted I turn around and follow plow back down the hill, I pulled off at the exit to plot my way back over and down the hill. Fat flakes fly as I eat some foul thing that looked good on menu. Hung out until let up enough to split. Guy was cool letting me kick it until safe.

If you have a trailer skip this one or if you do not do the drive-through. Employees there will not serve you unless you go through the drive-through. I got there at 6 PM They looked at me through the door and told me to go through the drive-through. Wast of time.

Drive-thru only when we visited. Friendly service, but there was a long line and it took a long time to drain the line. Probably waited about a half hour at peak lunch hour.

Right off the freeway quick efficient drive-through a little narrow and tight other than that if you're It is hurry you can get food in 10 minutes

Extremely slow drive thru. Each person took 5-10 minutes to pay and get food. I recommend going somewhere else for fast food. Worst part is drive thru is surrounded with bushes so you can’t get escape.

Ordered on the app and location closed when I arrived 5 minutes later. It's happened a few times lately. Look back at my phone and the order is cancelled. Torture.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Two girls looked at us and walked away. Refused to answer questions and made us use the self service order. Not an easy setup. They should not be making 18 an hour. I should be paid to order my own food and try to figure out there system. Horrible!

They aren’t open until 7: 30. I showed up at 7: 10 bc I had no other option on my 3 hour drive. They weren’t answering at drive through or window

HAD TO place order on kiosk. No one available to take order. Short staffed. Otherwise, order was right, yummy, fairly quick & place was clean.

Only explanation is the manager or at least the guy with the headset in on was either really high, really lazy, or both. Had me order at the kiosk which I don’t care, then triple checked with him multiple times to make sure they had the order right, watched him never check with the staff, and sure enough they screwed everything up, refused to make it right, and I ended up just paying, leaving, and just going somewhere else.

It can be quite a wait getting food even if you arrive well before lunch. And a bit of a bummer that the Pepsi tastes so bad and they weren't able to remember the hot sauce.

Polite Prompt service with a smile. Was 3 cars back and I'm betting they hit they're target service time easily. Food was correctly made and marked. Always a pleasure at this location to make a purchase.
