20It's a Taco Bell lol they are all pretty much the same but the staff at this one are good & friendly
It's a Taco bell. No counter service other than bringing your corporate business-style food. Pay at a wall mounted kiosk. So essentially no service. Food is quick and cheap. But will win no culinary awards. Filled in til I could get some real food.
I Used the app which is great but this location took forever only one car in front of me and 1 person in the restaurant and I got the wrong order. I was expecting taco Supremes and regulat tacos I received tacos no sour cream tomatoes or cheese
I also wanted onion added nope.it got chicken gross taco no cheese no gauc was on my nacho fries I had problems in the past with wait times and food quality
But it was near where I was shopping I will not go back.
Should of just went to my regular place
I like the Bell. I realize it's pseudo Mexican but it's good and a good price. I wish the consistency was a bit better but overall it's a good product for the money. They are friendly and quick. The stores around me are well taken care of and clean inside and out.
Typical T bell! All is well. Ordered via app most food was cold by the time I got it after a long wait. Could have been my fault so all is well - needed that $5 cravings box which is an app on thing.
*** update 4 years later and this place is still understaffed. Note on window says open 9-9 in the lobby. Then why are the doors locked and the drive thru around the building. This taco Bell is always under staffed during the busiest times. You shouldn't have employees going to lunch or break during lunch time. Slow service and food is not done correctly. Make sure you have 20 minutes to wait in the drive thru or inside for lunch before going.
Love this restaurant and the food, but the employees are extremely wasteful of product, and I don't want the costs of this past down to me. This is pretty disrespectful to the business owner. The funny thing is I had to get mild sauce because they were out of hot, probably because they were throwing 62 packets of hot anyone that asked for 8 sauces bag. I hope the owner of this Taco Bell sees this and does something about the employees working 10/30. It's like they were mad about missing Halloween parties or something.
I got the Nacho Frie Box I have noticed lately that a lot of the meat and the beans there's no flavor, and the meat has a rubbery texture to it.
Service at Drive thru windows was wonderful. The young man working at 10: 30 AM this morning was exceptionally cheerful and helpful. Give this man a raise!
No tomatoes on my children's order because of their allergies has been overlooked 3 times now. No quero
LEARN TO READ THE ORDER! We ordered online, at Pick Up they gave us Drews Doordash and not our order, drove back and asked for our Order, they only gave us 2 out of 3 Steak crunchwrap’s and breakfast quesadilla, drove back around for the rest of our order, Got home and they didn’t give us 3 steak crunchwrap’s, they made 1 steak 1 bacon and 1 sausage. ORDER 946645! “Come on Man! ”
I can not tell you how many customers left because the long drive thru line and your lobby being closed during normal business hours.
So this it 2 minutes from my house, which means our go to location. They often mess something up, but I still enjoy the food so we continue to come back due to cost and location we just try to check before we leave with our food. Since they brought the Mexican pizza back this month we have had them three times from this location and once from Claremont Mesa location. Every since one here at location is either not cut through, or broken in pieces or a communication of the two, which is weird the top shell is in piece but bottom not cut through? And cheese is barely heated and often not melted. Here is a picture from Saturday. In addition our taco supremes had no sour cream but did have the tomatoes. At first we thought we were just given regular tacos but they don’t come with tomatoes so who knows. My point is just make sure to check your order before you leave.
Nice patio dining looking out over the mountains. Combo plenty of food with many packets of sauce left over.
Filthy. Uncaring, unattentive staff, wrong food order, out of foods to make orders. Broken soda machine & when I told the employee he incredulously didn't believe me. He came out from behind the register to try it himself as if I operated it wrong.
I love Taco Bell. This one is hard to get into and out of and occasionally forgets to give me my complete order but. Taco Bell! Maybe not Real Mexican, maybe not even real food, but I love this stuff!
When I first came in absolutely no greeting and no one up front. There were people in the back but they ignored me. I placed a mobile order and no one could find it. Then one person said for me to check a bag full of food. I declined to check due to sanitation not knowing if it was my food or not. Then I repeated my order and they still had no idea where it was.
Finally got my food which was. It was cold and a huge mess.
It wasn't busy at all. No line in drive thru. Signs telling everyone to only order from kiosk.
Staff needs training. Managers need to order enough material so that the entire menu is available when it should be.
Waited 15 mins in an empty room for an online order. Staff was VERY nice and apologetic about it. Bathrooms were out of order that sucked cus I had waited so long already. Taco shells were stale as all get out. That was the bad part. Was a clean eating area.
Food was soggy. Ordered online and when grabbed wasn’t ready yet. Half the 5 layer burritos we ordered were missing stuff. The kids working were so rude. I get it, it’s fast food but wow, terrible.
