Taco Bell, El Cajon CA

This location is the worst fast food drive thru I have ever been to. Orders are always incorrect and the customer service is poor.

I don’t know if its under management but the food taste way better. My fav is the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. The taco shell is nice and crunchy and the gordita shell is soft. I had these at other locations and the crunchy taco shell are always stale. Those keeps bringing back at least 2-3 times per week.

Is just Taco bell this location is friendly, magnolia ave in el Cajon has attitude. This drive thru is Fast.

Even though the food is good, i am irritated at the fact that no matter what they always get my order wrong in some way. It happens every single time too not just every once in a while. Very much frusterated ar this point.

The young lady taking my order at the drive through in Oct. 13 @ 1: 22 pm was impatient, rude, and had no interest in helping me. I did not ask her for anything extra, I simply ask her if a drink came with it. I am sorry I came her I will never be back and I suggest everyone not to come here. Go to Burros & Fries aleast they act like they want your business

Took my kids for a quick bite here, and the lobby tables were not clean, no ice in the drink machine, half the fountain drinks were flat and non carbonated. The bad part is they weren't even busy, they had a few in the drive thru and just didn't care about keeping lobby area clean or stocked. The lady behind the counter came and asked me if I wanted ice after I waited for someone to notice me. Needs new management.

Pretty much every time I ever come here, employees are doing what they are told but yet they seem indifferent and even when not busy, often, they shove your money and bag at you in an unfriendly way and slam the window and look away quickly. Like scared rabbits or as if they dislike their jobs. Maybe mgmt should train more on etiquette or being polite. We aren't animals being stopped, we're paying customers. Not asking alot just maybe calmer friendlier service and not pushing us off the property.

Went to get a Mexican pizza that I thought was back on the menu but I guess I was wrong. Ended up getting crunchy tacos. The food came out quickly and it was what you would expect from here.

Love this place! For all us taco bell fans.fast service, my orders have been correct and well served. A+

Can't go wrong with Crunchy Taco Supreme! 4 because I miss the days you could 6 teenagers with $13.

Its taco bell, yoy get what you expect, quality has remained the same. Its fast mexican food from the USA lol, i miss the mexican pizza but the chicken chalupa supreme will be my go to and the firey dorito tacos when available.

Love coming to taco bell the staff and food are good to enjoy while having lunch the crunchy and soft tacos and the gorditas are delicious

I'm becoming more and disappointed with the menu. The burrito Supreme was very soggy and lethargic. No more smothered burrito, grilled stuffed and even the Mexican pizza? Seems like one giant kid's menu.

I love Taco Bell. Couldn't tell you why, but it's the one fast food I never get tired of.

They got my order wrong as usual. I received the cheese for my chips but no chips. Its always a disaster going through a taco bell drive thru.

Went here for lunch today at around 10: 30am, guy in drive threw had an attitude, he never gave me my receipt nor did he ask if I wanted it, got my food the bag was crumbled up with the sticker just thrown on there food was cold and the trash can in drive threw smelled really bad and trash coming out of it and all over the floor just gross.

We bough a family with of food and they got the hole order wrong and we had to drive 2 mon back and forth

The regular crunchy tacos are awesome, but don't get the chalupas which used to be my favorite. The diet mountain dew is okay too. This place won't give you napkins or sauce unless you ask; there was none in the bag so we had to use our own.
