Taco Bell, Buellton CA

My RV was too big to go thru drive thru. The lobby wasn't open. It close at 10pm and the drive is open until 1: 00am. I stopped a worker coming out of the restaurant and she said to place a mobile order and they will bring at the door. But after I did, I had to walk up to the drive thru window and tell them I had a mobile order. That's when they started working on it. Food was okay for Taco Bell standard. Ladies that worked there were nice and friendly. I just wished the map distinguished the hours more accurately for the dine in and drive thru.

Pretty terrible experience all around. I've been to a lot of Taco Bells and never had crumbs for nachos! Pretty lame

All I can say is wow…horrible customer service and the management is completely incompetent. There is a major language barrier with certain employees. This restaurant is falling apart…sad because it used to be good. It’s evident that the employees don’t care at all about the service they provide.

Service was good in comparison to many other fast food restaurants similar to this Taco Bell... We got take out and went through the drive thru. I would grate the food Four 's out of Five. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming... Most Importantly I'd definitely recommended eating here at

On 9-9-22 I had stopped in to taco bell, here in buellton. First think i Asked the cashier (Tracy B) was if the mexican pizzas were available yet. She said no they are not.and sarcastically pointed to the sign. Then i said thats fine.ill take a gordita. She said ok.so you want a cheesy gordita. And i said.no not the cheesy one. I had mixed up the gordita with the chalupa. Not a big deal.but instead of taking the time to figure out what it was that i wanted.she just left the cash register and told one of the other employees to help me because she can't. This guy was super cool.patient, and very polite.i wish I could remember his name. But anyways.i got my food. And at the same time, she came out on her break to eat. Obviously, taking her break and stuffing her face was more important than being polite to her costumers, and delivering good customer service. I hope her boss can see this review, so that they know what kind of behavior this individual has when there is no authority or responsible shift leader around to see this mess.

There is still room to improve the customers service here. I like the tacos, but not always coming here.

Great customer service! I don't think I caught the name of the rep at the drive through this past Monday night but he was very helpful and proactive - made an outsider feel welcome with the hostility. We ordered Soft Shell Potato Tacos, Bean Burrito and also can't recommend the mango freeze enough. Will definitely visit again if ever in Buellton.

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. I went on Saturday night and Ryan was at the drive through. He was yelling at us through the intercom and was very unprofessional. He should be fired. If your having a bad day go home. I am almost certain they did something to our food as well. Don’t come here. It’s disgusting. The employees won’t greet you, they yell at you, and won’t respond to basic requests. Such incompetence.

We were given WARM ICED COFFEE. When we asked for ice, the attendant said "it must have melted. " Are you leaving the "iced coffee" on the counter for so long that the ice melts and is warm?

3/8/22 Worst burrito supreme. Totally cold as was the response from the employee I told.

Soooo disgusting. I went to Tacobell today around 4 pm and no lie the cook didn't even bother making food. He just put cold nacho cheese and fries in the container. He also served burnt/hard potatoes in the spicy potato tacos. I don't even know why he's working there when he's not even working. If you can avoid it then avoid it.
