Taco Bell, Union City CA

12/1/22 Thursday cheese, rice& bean burrito, soft potato burrito, chicken Chipotle melt with fire sauce all taste very good.

Absolutely pathetic sanitary condition at this particular Taco Bell location. The manager is very rude and thinks finding human hair in food is a common occurrence in the fast food industry. I found not one but two human hairs in my Chalupa and the manager of the store said it's not a big deal. I see in past reviews it's a common occurrence here. Stay away, red Alert.

This taco bell is much better than many others in the bay area, customizes the food and always gives accurately even after choosing many customizations.

The only suggestion is please put more beans and veggies if we are paying the same amount of money to buy vegan (no cheese, no cream, etc)

Worst taco bell ever.no respect for customers. Rude behavior, hopeless food, make mistakes in order. You are only fooling yourself if you are expecting decent experience.keep yourself away from horrible people and don't spend a penny at this store.

I have to say I was a little disappointed here. I came for the Mexican Pizza which was great btw but I also ordered the new Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito. When I open up the burrito from the packaging the cheese was stuck to the wax paper and completely ripped off all the cheese on my burrito which is the point of the grilled cheese burrito is to have that melted cheese on top, it was stuck so bad on the paper I had to eat it without it.

I normally never give reviews but this location is the standard that all taco bells should follow. Lead by an outstanding night manager who represents the key attributes to be not only a superior leader but her ability to treat everyone like family. Love coming here and love the staff as well. They also have a Half Native American working the front. Life has tested him but his kind voice and humble ways are never compromised. Always lifts my spirit to converse with him. Good people are hard to find. They will be missed once I travel back to my home state.

The staff were friendly and fast with service but the chalupa bread was so cold and soggy that it was hard to unwrap it from the packaging. It was really distasteful. The chicken was cold as well. The pizza was ok.

I have never had such a bad experience at this location. First, I asked to clarify that my order had been taken correctly only to be ignored while the employee told the previous customer to "have a nice day". Second, at the window when I asked to verify the order was 1/2 soft tacos and 1/2 crunchy tacos when the digital display at the order said all crunchy, this guy hollers to another person, "Mullah, I know the answer, but is this right? " "So I did it right then? " rather flippantly. Then after I had requested no sauce I got about a dozen hot sauce packets which I tried to return and was instructed to keep them or drop them in the drive thru because, and I quote, "no one wants to eat that after you've touched it". Mind you I understand they would have had to throw out the packets anyway, but to say that to any customer in the tone of voice I heard is RUDE!

When they make your food. It’s so sloppy job ever. Tacos are so messy all sauce and ingredients are scattered around the wrapper. Looks nasty looking this place all dirty. All employees need retrained making food. Bad experience all around. I don’t recommend this place.

By far one of the worst Taco Bell's I've ever been to. Kept taking the order wrong just wanted at veggie Supreme. When I got my orders both tacos and Crunchwrap Supreme are very stale and empty. Don't think I'll be coming back this way anymore

For some reason they decided to no longer carry coffee to go with breakfast. This isn't the first time for no coffee, but previously they were "out of coffee". This time it was admitted they aren't carrying coffee at all. Big Mistake!

They are very racist at night an Indian behaves very rude and treats Latinos badly is not kind

I missed the mexican pizza so much but they made it look so sad. My cheese was only on 1 side beans and beef ratio was off and didn't even give me a spork: (

I went there to get a Mexican pizza, since I had seen an ad on TV. I went there approx 4 times in a week but they were always sold out. I went inside to inquire inside as when would be a good time to come, one of the employee told me that he had been there for 3 months and he had not seen the pizza at his store.

I order 2 chicken chalupa and they barley added any chicken it’s filled with lettuce and cheese and they gave old cold fries.

Will lie to you and tell you credit card machine don’t work at night when they don’t wanna make orders smh

Bad food quality.
Food is not cooked perfectly.
Gatorade is literally H20.
Customer service not satisfactory
