Taco Bell, Gilroy CA

Update! 5 years later and we still go to this Taco Bell at least once a month. The manager and several of the longer term workers get to know us a little and we like the friendliness. We had a mix up today where I thought a doordasher walked off with our food since it was taking much longer than usual, and the employees working made sure we got our food. Then a half hour later oir order turned up on the POS system. So, no one at fault, just a technology quirk, but the workers made sure we were happy with our order and I was happy about that. They always make sure we get our order right. Gonna still keep going to Taco Bell!

(Old) We love this Taco Bell. We go about once a week. I like the food and the price. The kids working there are friendly and work well.

I’ve come here a lot but NEVER again after today. I’m absolutely disgusted and mortified. I noticed after taking my first bite, there was a black spec inside my taco. Upon further inspection I realized it was a fly.

There is absolutely no excuse or reasonable explanation for this. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and unsanitary. How does this even happen?

I did come back and demand a refund. They were somewhat apologetic about it, but seemed to just shrug it off as if it was no big deal. I also received a free taco coupon…. As if I’ll ever eat here again.

Got the order 5/6 complete, I'm not sure if that should be more or less stars for Taco Bell's standards

Literally just terrible experience. Cashier couldn't hear me and ordered every single item a la carte, costing me way too much. Not only that, they didn't remove tomato or sour cream as requested. The sour cream is way too much and is just gobbed over everything to where you can't even wipe it away and my kid is refusing to eat it. The food is going to the dog. Absolutely no way am I ever returning. Especially after they kept asking me to remove my mask. Unbelievable

Oh and turns out they even gave us potato chalupas instead of beef. Also, completely doused in sour cream. Screw this place.

The girl with red hair is the sweetest worker i’ve met.she always makes you laugh and just overall brightens your day:) she’s also very pretty, hot

Ordered 2 beef burritos. Only beef, sauce and onions and was charged $3.69 for bean burritos…no meat at all.
Also asked for 5 mild and 10 hot. No hots in the bag. Also no receipt
Not happy and it has happened more times than not. Please do something, I know help is hard to come by but I would hate to have to give up on you

The drive thru is god awful. So slow every single time. I wasted 20 minutes of a 30 minute lunch break just waiting on FOUR CARS in front of me! That’s absolutely ridiculous! This is the second time this has happened. Didn’t even get to enjoy my break. I’m never coming back to this location ever again!

Today was my last visit to this location. Ive had it! Years ago when they offered the enchirito, my husband and I got some late night food from this location, a fee hours later I was billowed over the toilet vomiting. I stayed away for years. Now that I have kids, its a pain to always drive to 10th street to get good, decent taco bell. I gave this place another try. Recently there is a man who works here that never gets my order correct and he has a rude attitude like im ordering too much. Bro you picked the job, not me. So today’s experience is great. Ordered my food, the young female at the window was giving me my change and a dollar bill blew from her hands. She kept telling me its right there. Under my car, this chicks wants me to fish for my own change. Instead of giving me another dollar from the register she made me chase money that was her mistake. Ive given so much money to taco bell over the span of my life, its a real shame this happened. Never ever again will you catch me at this location.

The night shift crew are horrible employees that never seem to get any of my orders right. Either I get home and something is missing that I paid for or didn’t get the order right and whoever’s cooking and handling the food needs some tighter hair nets because it’s very unpleasant finding a hair in your food. I won’t come back here at night. Hopefully the day shift can make up for the night shifts lack of good customer service and better quality food safety and sanitary preparations.

Ate my chalupas but didn't taste the same. Seems like they take the ground beef home. Really stinchy on the amount of meat on chalupas and tacos. Loaded with lettuce and tomatoes only. They forgot the sour cream. Will never return to that location nor back to taco bell.

Service was excellent! David was very friendly.
Being a senior. That made my day. Humankindness at it's best.

First time returning to Taco Bell since Jan 2020.price was way over the value of the food.crispy reg tacos hardly filled.basically empty shells and burrito for over $3 was more beans than the meat.no where near the picture advertising the burrito.so disappointed.

Affordable value menu but not sure why there is no price difference for take away at different locations within same city.

Crew thinks it's funny to mess with customers and their orders.

Be wary of extra ingredients when Owen is working

I like that they can customize the order to my preference but the drive through line is always a long wait time.

Good food the wait sucks sometimes. But my son likes the cheese quesadillas so. I wish they would bring back the quesalupa though.

They got the order perfect even with customizations and a large order. They even got it ready early for me since I got there earlier than I planned when I ordered online. They did a great job.

I'm not one to review a big fast food franchise like taco bell because the food is all the same, but Im here to review the service.
I arrived at the cashier counter when there was no one there, while 2 of the workers were preping in the back, I requested assistance and no one responded.
I requested assistance again when the actual cashier comes from behind a wall and screams there will be someone there shortly.
Instead of assisting me she walks away and tells her coworker to take my order.
At this point they've all stopped what they were doing just to stare at me with "welcoming eyes". Lol
With all honesty the rudest service I've received in a long time. It's funny how my latina sisters will bend over backward for white customers but for their comrades they look down on us.
I will be filing a complaint on this branch.
