Taco Bell, Folsom CA

Quit ordering doordash from Taco Bell. You are not winning they barely care about the order that they hand you directly out of the window what do you think they think about your order when they never have to see you. If you order from Taco Bell after 7 the doordash driver has to sit in a longLine so they cancel the order and your food never gets picked up. If Taco Bell is going to have doordash why do they not have a window that the doordash and walk up to and pick up their order and/or your online orders instead of waiting for orders that are just being put in.

Let's be reasonable if you're gonna spend the money on the doordash why not buy some decent food and get it in a reasonable time. Who likes their burritos they're tacos and they're nachos cold these are not cold items.

Will charge you for add ons (which I'm fine with) and then never put it on your food. Or expect you to leave once they give you said food, until you ask for your debit card back that they forgot to give back to me.

They don't care.inspite of giving instructions and requests.they have served stale food multiple times. Customer service is rude. I have now stopped going there.

So bad in all areas, just don't go here! If you give them business, then they have no reason to fix anything! They just don't care and it shows!

Mostly the food was good and warm. But I was disappointed by the potato soft taco that they gave me. Looked nothing like the pics and was missing lettuce, tomato n effort to make the taco. The crunch wrap was good. The chicken burrito was good too. Just opening the taco made me disappointed.

It's Taco Bell.what can you say.good in a pinch but don't make it a habit.they need more employees.nobody wants to work anymore.

Don’t come here on your lunch break. They close the inside whenever they feel like it, then the drive through line is majorly backed up. Messed up

Excellent place, very good customer service.
I ordered Chalupas and it was hot and very well done. My kids ordered chicken quesadillas and it was cooked perfect.

Chalupa was not fully wrapped when placed in bag. It spilled all over when went to remove from bag to eat. Please take more care to make sure everthing is secure. Thanks!

Went inside to order. Was told I couldn't order with a person had to download the app or use the kiosk. The kiosk was missing items my kids wanted. Manager came out with an attitude, so we left. Don't eat in here just use the drive thru.

Caught a kid vaping in the kitchen. Stale food, terrible service. Literally the worst Taco Bell, every time I go there I tell myself I’ll never go back, but it’s very close to home so I end up giving in. Last time for real! Until next time I’m craving Baja blast…

Terrible location! Waited in the drive thru line for more than 40min with 10+ other cars. Got to the window and I hear her tell them what we ordered so they can just now start making the food! You can’t go inside to order either. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would’ve gone somewhere else. Complete joke.

Average to low for the Bell. If you can, avoid this location and go to the one about a mile away, one freeway exit east. Mucho better.

Though I understand, was not happy that it was drive thru only in the middle of a weekday. Food was average and was timely/fast but I was the only one in line.

The worst burrito I have gotten from taco bell. It was freezing cold hardly anything in all tortilia. Havent been for a year decided to go. Prices too high for this quality. Do not go this location.

Receipt was correct but I ordered 2 items without cheese and when I drove away to go back to work there was cheese on both items. Being lactose intolerant I was not able to eat lunch today and I tried calling several times and it rings a couple times and then sounds like a fax machine ring. Bad taco bell location.
