Taco Bell, Sanger CA

I placed my order and had to wait between 15 to 20 minutes, brought me the order, she forgot my soda cup, I asked for it, she handed medium cup quickly without any apology, I realize the cup medium I asked her if this large because I paid for large, she said we don’t have large right now if you want I can give you another one small I said I think I paid for larger, She said not to give me attitude ok! And turned to help someone,
So in this point I carry my orders and I asked her to give me another small cup she did,
I ask to speak to manager, Manager came she said we don’t have large cups, and she manager to, and no apologies.
I like the Taco Bell, but not with this kind of staff!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Worst taco bell in the nation in my opinion, and i bet a crew of blind people could do better. Food is awful and supremely unfresh. Sodas are not soda at all! The soda tastes like dish soap mixed with sugar.plus they harass me in the 2 minutes i stay for in the drive thru believe it or not. Orders are always wrong and they make every item so skimpy you would think its coming out their paychecks. PLEASE dont come here because ALL other taco bells are far better than Sangers. Their attitude is ALWAYS stuck up. AVOID THIS SPOT!

They say its open till 3am, they might be, but the guy inside dont want to serve and said they are closed

They are usually pretty good with making the food fresh but the last time I order two crunchy tacos they were really soggy and gross really disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I would, we did an online order, got charged for food and but didn't receive any! The kid working the drive thru was rude and the manager was not helpful at all. Complaints were made and we're still waiting for a refund!

Food was good.always a long line at this location.not sure as to why they are STILL only doing drive thru.they forgot two of our orders but went up to the door and they kindly brought us our order.but when they brought it to us and when we got home it was the wrong order *face to palm*. But its fine.they gave us free twisters. Still good tho.

Very quick to get your order out, only had 1 mistaken/shorted order, cannot complain other businesses are not even close on a professional level

Love the Nacho Fries and now I hear they're bringing back my favorite, the Mexican Pizza.:)

My daughter loves the nacho fries, this was two order of fries. As you can see they pretty much split up the order of one into two. That pretty says it all about this restaurant. Can’t expect much but oh well just adding this to all the reviews of 1 star I would rather drive to Fresno if gas wasn’t so expensive

Oh and the fries were cold. The one star is for the consistency of the Baja blast

It's Taco Bell, basic fake Mexican food, but tasty and you always know exactly what you're going to get.

They make me wait almost 20 minutes for fries, they should have said when I ordered that it migth take that long, also no beef ground

If you have about an hour to wait in the drive-thru (even if you placed a mobile order), just to get a wrong order, then this is the place for you!

For the most part everythings very consistant here. Never been cold or wrong so far. Thanks team keep it up please your my go to!

They used to have Long John Silver's here. It was the main reason I would even eat there in the first place. I guess their tacos are okay, but their hot sauce is absolutely weak. Just get out some Tapatío or Cholula hot sauce, both of those are more spicier than what they have and are higher quality, but what do you expect? It's fast food.

Always busy but service delivered with a smile. Able to keep dining room open and allow more then one order at the drivetru.

I order Bn chalupa and told them add jalapeño sauce but they gave wrong order (black bn rather than brown bn) no sauce and chalupa is cold and not fresh and that not first time I vegetarian and some they give me item in too

My taco supreme had no sour cream. I was given a diet soda when I mentioned it she dumped it out an refilled with regular, not acceptable. I ended up with 2 chalupa boxes instead of 1 chalupa and one chicken. Not happy at all.

Been there twice and every time the meat taste old the taco shells are stale and we always asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes. I thought maybe ok was just a mistake today went again and again yes nasty. Let’s not go there with the lettuce yuck taste so gross like it was bad honestly they can do better. Why is everything always soggy and burritos wrapped so bad not even wrapped all the way.

Normally my visit to this Taco Bell is a positive one. Yesterday, however, I ordered a quesadilla with no sauce and was disappointed to find that my wish was ignored.

Persistent issues from missing items, incorrect items and item quality issues. Today two of my items came completely cold and in the attached photo you can see how poorly the item was produced. Missing a hard taco that came with the combo and one of the other items having the wrong meat made for a very disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate but I’ve come to accept the risk of ordering here. Beware and always check your order before leaving.
