Taco Bell reviews
16The service inside of Taco BellWas terribleI went in to get my food the man couldn't even understand what I was saying. Even tried paying with my EBT card he comes back and says we don't except EBT Life is hard not everyone can 100% pay money or use a card they should start telling pepole use there EBT card not only that they didn't even give me my hot sauce! Give better service taco bell seriously!
Wasted gas coming all the way back only for them to mess up my order three times… left without my food and am never coming back. I ordered two fiesta potato’s (literally a container of potato’s and cheese) and they kept giving me tacos how hard is it to put sum cheese on top of potatoes
The food was good, but I don't care for the layout of dining area not sure when they changed it. It feels less welcoming
I love Taco Bell! My order has been correct every time I go here. My only complaint is the way the drive through was built. I’ve seen so many near accidents because the drive through is part of a busy parking lot. But the food is yummy!
This the the third time I’ve asked for hot sauce and gotten not one. First one, okay mistakes happen. These last two times are my fault for not learning and checking before I pull away. Taco Bell needs hot sauce.
This Taco Bell in particular always gets our order wrong and the lady who was organizing the order got almost everything wrong so we had to go to the place where you get food in drive thru and we had to tell the order to the manager instead and we made sure they got everything right it took 60+ minutes. I recommend the one in Terra Nova. And also all of our hard shelled tacos were crushed into little bits and pieces.
Ordered food for pick up only to be told I had to pick up thru drive thru that was about 45 minutes long.
Rude wouldn’t give me my door dash order through the door when there was a huge line and I’m working on a time crunch told me to get in line behind 10 cars
Tonite was busy but it went thru quickly. I love that beefy melt! Pretty good with the chips
Flavor was bland quality was poor price was excellent drinks are interesting if you know how to make real tacos you should just make them instead if you don't you should keep eating this paper
This place is Franchise Do not eat here they do not care about making the food proper the right way the right way as you can see in the picture the taco was wet my and messi so was the burrito the way I opened it also the burrito was cold like I just ate icles The worst place to eat at they need to get a new team or new management I suggest you guys to go to corporate places not franchise they're the worst
The lady was rude to my mom and told her she had to get her order by car and my mom had to wait twice in line by car to get the order they could have just given to her in the store.
Been coming here since I was a student across the street. Great food even if it isn't "authentic mexican. " Highly recommended
Place is trash! Food is cold. They ask you to verify the receipt then you do …Only to get home a see they didn’t even add wheat you ordered and what was on the screen. You call them, place you on hold then hang up!
This place needs more than a makeover. Quality of the food was horrible and the women at the drive through sounded sicker than a dog during Covid. I hope I don’t get sick from coming here….
Sometimes, when I in a hurry and I need to eat something more than snacks even though they might be healthy, or when it's late and only some places are open. I like to get a burrito from Taco Bell (I'm from a place that invented tacos, so I'm kind of picky with it, but I'll take a burrito). Nothing like a doble tortilla, tostada- tortilla, chalupa-tortilla.just a simple flower tortilla. I used to ask for the 7 Layer burrito (7 ingredients), which to me was the best item in their menu, but unfortunately TB discontinued it. Now I get the replacement, a similar version. Sometimes, when it's for the family, I'll take their craving deal, which it's pretty good, and not dropped dead expensive. I usually use the drive through and the staff is regularly nice. It was not the same at this particular TB. The girl had a kind of rude attitude, which it's never good for any kind of business.it gives a bad impression and makes the client feel uncomfortable and questionable if it's worth it to go back. Hopefully, they'll choose personnel with better attitude.
