Taco Bell, Orangevale CA

Anna and Milena are doing a great job on this rainy day provideing excellent friendly professional service. My order was right with sauce packets and napkins accounted for. Im happy to help these girls out with an honest review i recommend this taco bell location.

The workers are always so nice at the drive through, however the food never actually comes out as what you ordered. I don't know if they just ran out of tomatoes or something, but only one of the four items that was supposed to have tomatoes on it did.

They just tried to fraud an online order; reached out to corporate, the manager said he didn't know anything, so they have problems, very careful, they are trying to fraudulently charge me 40$+ for a glitched order I never received

Amazing customer service! The girl at the window was super friendly and loved my dog. Highly recommend this location.

4 years later: The worst Taco Bell food ever had today. All taco shells broken. Adding Taco Bell a long with McDonald’s as the worst fast food; that I will never eat again. In and Out is now my favorite fast food restaurant, very consistent.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The majority of the order was wrong. We were missing a burrito and the Mexican pizza we ordered tasted moldy. We will be going to the Taco Bell on greenback from now on.

Got NOTHING because your dining room was closed! I can’t drive through the drive thru! Now what am i to do?

They used to be good back in 2007. I don’t know if the manager changed the spoon size for the bean scooper or they just never trained their employees properly but it’s gone on a steep decline, especially since Covid. It’s surprising that the cheapest things, ” beans, rice, tortillas. Are sooo expensive

They keep the doors locked. You can’t even go inside. Horrible customer service. They need to get new staff before I’ll come back to this one

I just wanted a snack so I ordered chips and cheese. The cheese cup was half full and the cap was not latched so it spilled in the bag. The chips were worse. They tasted bitter and as if the oil they were fried in was extremely rancid. I'll never go back.

The got rid of the grilled stuft burrito, but they still serve the mexican pizza? Whoever invented the mexican pizza should be fired immediately. Do not order that item. It is a horrific soggy mess, and way overpriced! I got 3 items and was already pushing 20 bucks.i gave them 1 extra star because i actually love the doritos locos tacos supreme, and theyre only a little overpriced

Service was completely unacceptable. After waiting in the Drive-Thru 25 minutes. Without another car to be seen in front of me. They first tried to offer me the wrong order. Then when I told them that it was the wrong order I immediately got attitude. Then they realize that they hadn't even made my order so they had to go back to make the food. Then they brought me half my order. To which I was again given attitude. When I finally got my correct order. It was thrown in the bag along with other food that I didn't order.

This Taco Bell location is my favorite. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and the drive thru was fast!

Skip this location! Went at 10 am and they were closed. Hours say open at 8am. Open for breakfast sign and the drive thru open sign was on and flashing. Looked like an employee was standing out front smoking a cigarette with food service gloves on. Wish the hours posted were correct so I could have saved time and not stopped, now I have no time to grab breakfast.

They remember to ask you to round up your total but they forget to put items in the bag. No quesadilla with my quesadilla combo.

Def worth using the app to get free food and online only deals.i tried the new steak nacho fries and literally laughed out loud at the 7 or so fries, splattered with cheese glueing it to the wrapper

Consistent good tasting and low cost food.

I miss the tostada and 7-layer burrito.
