Taco Bell, San Diego CA

Portions are ridiculously small for the price, the food was cold and the customer service was not the best specially from who seems to be the person in charge (wearing red shirt). I never plan to come back to this location.

My food was cold.it was flavorless. I will never visit this establishment again. Also, writing to the corporate office. SHAMEFUL!

XOTHI is extremely rude and did not make me feel welcome at all. I made the mistake of ordering something that was out of stock and she just starts yelling and giving attitude to me and my group. I have no doubt that she messed with our food and I saw her and the cook in the back give thumbs and up and laugh before giving our food. I will not be coming to this taco bell again

2453 you shouldn't have the employee access code to get into the kitchen area on the top right of the door panel.people can now access the kitchen area

Customer service was over the top. Had to remove 1 star until they bring back the Mexican Pizza.

I have never been to a more incompetent Taco Bell! My daughter ordered a chicken Chalupa, they asked what kind of meat she wanted. My order was incomplete, I missed my husband’s burrito. I had to WALK backwards through the drive thru at 8: 40 to get it because the lobby was closed and the line of cars was longer than we wanted to wait. I told them we didn’t get it, they asked what the problem was. It took more than 5 mins sitting at the window to get our food…. That’s not fast food.

Wife ordered chicken chulupas because daughter has BEEF ALERGY. Said chicken 3 times when ordering in drive thru. Got our food and guers who won the pony. BEEF CHULUPAS. Had to drive back to get fixed because we were taking daughter to work and hoping she could possibly eat before work. Walked in to correct problem. Was in no hurry to take my order nor fix problem. She was late to work. Thanks. Bad attitude. Bad service. Bye

The service in this location is surprisingly quick.food is good, I find it nothing special though

Please stay away. You will get food poisoning. My wife got some food a few months ago and she got sick. We decided to give it another last night and despite that she ordered from the KFC menu and I from the Taco bell, we both got really sick with food poisoning. Dont know if the workers there were following proper food handleing proceedure or the food was straight up expired but please do not go to this location.

Refuses to open lobby forcing larger work trucks to be unable to eat at this establishment.

This place always seems to be missing things off the menu compared to other Taco Bells. This time it was the Baja Blast Zero. I don't know if because it's combined with KFC? I don't know. But the food is good and staff is helpful.

The Taco Bell that always depends on the locations every Taco Bell is just all of them are every restaurant is always different for some reason in certain times a day the you'll notice that the portions will be a little larger otherwise more meat less lettuce certain areas is just I just depends on the people or I guess the manager or how they run things I'm not sure another one of this is not too bad right off of Linda Vista Road

Great location, food is decent. I guess this location has KFC and Taco Bell so sometimes the line can seem like the DMV.friendly staff.

This location refuses to clean their machine that makes frozen drinks. Havent been able to get one for months. Not sure why I bother asking anymore or why they advertise even having them.

Update: tried again and this place is still 1 stars. "5 layer burrito" is just a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream. Not sure why they advertise items they're too lazy to actually make. Worse taco bell in San Diego.

Chicken chalupas are always on point! Diablo sauce is just for those who love super spicy food

Long line in drive thru, however, it went a lot quicker than we expected. Enjoyed the as well.

Gross, I'm not sure what materials is in the "ground beef tacos" but it does look like or taste like ground beef!

Quality is very low and overpriced for a taco party pack what ever happened to being 13 dollars? Expect to pay almost 20 dollars too bad there isn't a del taco nearby.

Due to covid 19 I can understand not doing fine in and maybe even closing dine in but if you won't allow someone without a car to eat then that's pathetic and not a good way to make money.
For anyone that doesn't have a vehicle, do not come yet. It's the biggest waste of time ever.
