The only reason I give them 2 stars is there employees. There always very polite and helpful. Other then that. I don't care for most there food and when they make something I like its always for a limited time.

They always messing my order up. Or they just don't care and dont put the correct food in the bag. But most of all they hate giving people there receipt so if there is a problem you can go back they most definitely dont want you doing that.

Obviously we are talking about Toco Bell, excellent staff, usually clean. Be selective on the sauses you choose on your food, for some of them should be classified as a laxative. I learn that years ago, the crunchier the better, vegetables, and substance-over greasy n sausy.

I placed and online order for pickup, 19 total items, and literally every single item was incorrect, and one item was missing. My husband was the one who picked up the order and reported that there were no other customers in the lobby and that the drive through line appeared empty. There is ZERO reason for an online order to have every single item incorrect and to have item (s) missing. I frequent this specific store at least 2-3 times a week. This is a reoccurring issue that I generally chalk up to being extremely busy. But this is absolutely unacceptable. There needs to be higher level of quality assurance at this location, it’s obvious that the staff and current management is not being monitored, trained, or held accountable.

Even if the drive through line is packed well passed the entrance, this team always gets you out fast, with courtesy and accuracy.

I had a rather startling experience here when I last ordered food here. As I waited in line behind an attractive young lady, she came up a few cents short. As I pulled out my wallet, intending to offer her the needed change, before I could react the cashier and several kitchen employees rushed from the back and pinned the poor girl to the wall, and using a large industrial sheep shearing tool shaved off all of her hair, nicking her scalp in several places. Even worse, this whole ordeal caused me to wait several more minutes before my order was taken.

"Hey! " I shouted. "I'm still waiting to order! " Eventually, the commotion died down and the wretched young girl stumbled off, sobbing, and my order was finally taken. When the food arrived, it wasn't even Taco bell food! It was just a half eaten peanut butter sandwich with sand on it, and a piece of raw fish. Hrumfff! I say.

Still, the bathrooms were clean and the roof didn't leak. Nice work there, I suppose.

They have people standing in the drive thru (empty drive thru) with tiny incomplete menus and tablets and won’t let you pull forward to look at the complete menu. They said if I wanted to look at the menu to circle around again or go inside. What a joke, terrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I would go to the one on olive hwy because the food and portions seemed to be a bit better but sadly, lately my order has been lacking in a lot of areas. One of which is the correctness of my order

Love the staff they are so friendly and quick getting the order out. Glad to be able to go in to order instead of the drive thru that still takes forever.

Quick service, clean, friendly staff. Employees seem to enjoy working there and it shows in their attitudes, both towards customers and their coworkers.

The chalupa box lunch is priced right! $5.00 gets you a Chalupa, 5Layer burrito, chips and cheese sauce along with a soda. Yum!

It's just ok cause they almost always get my order wrong and the drivethru line is very long and goes slowly. I wait 45 minutes before. I also took my food back cause it was wrong and the manager would not fix it so I had to call the corporate office and they were very kind and courteous and mailed me a voucher to reimburse me.

I love the service I love the people that work there I love the clean conditions I love the drive-through I love love the food and I love that Taco Bell always gives you plenty of napkins not so in the burger places you're lucky if you get one napkins because they say they have to watch their cost love Taco Bell

Really nice people working here. Polite and courteous. Taco Bell food is pretty much the same at any of their stores, so service with a smile makes a difference where l go.

Lately, everyone has been cutting their portion of food served. I guess Taco Bell is no exception. A good layer of meat would fill the bottom of a taco. Now, you barely taste the meat. I felt like I was eating vegetarian tacos. I guess someone didn't get retrained. I did have pictures but I sent them to the manager for review and retraining. So, no pictures for your viewing. I assumed that the pictures weren't going to be needed and that the matter would be corrected. This last visit was just as disappointing. Taco Bell was the place to stop but have decided to take my business elsewhere. The establishment used to be really good but has lost it's reputation. I am truly disappointed.

Honestly, why is it so hard to give people straws and utensils? Every single time I go through the drive through I don’t get a straw, or a spork, or anything of the sort and have to go back through the drive through when I forget to check before leaving the window. (Can’t go in bc of COVID)
