Taco Bell, Modesto CA

The manager at the drive through was super rude we just ordered beverages the drinks were just sitting at the window and I waved at her this was after we paid. She rudely opened the window and said what. I asked for drinks she said can you hold on I’m trying to get your dollar change but my mom was in the car with me. I needed to take medication that’s why I was trying to get her a drink quickly.she then slammed the window as she called me a name to another associate. They may.would not give me her name so I went inside they said her name was Betsy. I can understand if you’re having a bad day, but to call your customers are names and talk to other associates, especially when we come in there more than one time a week we have been faithful customers to this location since they opened many many years ago. Sergio has always been an exceptional manager along with Julie. Who’s one of your amazing associates however, I will be not be returning to this location after being called named by one of your managers. I will be reaching out to corporate because I don’t know how legally you can have somebody work for an establishment like this and treat their customers this badly.

I thought that a part of my order was missing but after calling the store back they pointed out that it was actually my error. Melina and the team all handled the situation perfectly and patiently and still took care of me. Great service.

Sergio was unacceptably rude to me. He wasn't even working at the front desk, he was working in the back preparing the food and saw me standing waiting for my order I placed on app.

He yelled all the way from the back of the restaurant to "Go sit down and wait for your food! "

I told him I'm a driver and I sit all day and I'd prefer to stand and wait for my order at the counter. He then asked what I was waiting for after I already checked in with the register employee. He made me feel unwelcome, like I was not good enough to be there or something, it was terrible. Even the other customers look shocked that Sergio singled me out and literally raised his voice at me.

You see, Sergio mistook me for a Doordash, Grunhub or Uber Eats driver. I get that most of the people that walk up to pick up an order are picking up for a delivery service but I actually placed my order through the mobile app and guess I threw off the process for him lol. From this interaction I can tell he has no patience for the drivers a predisposition with attitude towards them. This is not OK since I have driven in the past and know many drivers that are great people and nobody deserves to be disrespected like this because someone has a chip on their shoulder.

I'll be sharing this experience at 3900 pelandale Ave in modesto with my family friends coworkers and social media platforms.

This employee is a terrible person and I will NOT be returning here.

The last 3 times we've gone there, I get home my taco shells are all broken. We enjoy TB, but get tired of the shells that are all broken.

Food was ok but restaurant not too clean and music was loud not comfortable for having lunch

Ironic that regular tacos are terrible at Taco Bell. Ground beef fatty, lack of flavor, lettuce old and bitter. Better off at competitor were you get 2 for $1.59, these TB ones not worth $2 each.

People working here extremely rude. The food was so bad it was impossible to eat. Had to return food twice, once to remake, second for refund. Am not picky when going to Taco Bell. But for should not make you want to vomit. Person standing behind us was waiting for refund as well.

Taco Bell is too expensive these days. For three tacos and a quesadilla cost me almost $15. That sucks

Really like this Taco Bell location, the staff is very fast and friendly. I never have any problems with getting my order wrong either inside or in the drive-thru. Great food at a reasonable price, I feed a family of 8 for only $35.00 and that's not ordering from the $1.00 menu. The deluxe boxes are awesome and really fill you up, bang for your buck, my only off point is that the restroom at the time I visited needed a little more TLC but besides that it's good.

This place has no clue on what's going on. I go inside and place an order and I say it slow because I know I'm dealing with fast food employees and they still managed to get it wrong. EVERYTHING on this order is wrong except the drinks because I did those. Management step up or I go to corporate.

Too much MSG in their food. If you suffer with edema or excess water gain, STAY AWAY from Taco bell. It's not worth sacrificing your health.

They were patient with my being indecisive and yet friendly and really quick with it once i did decide.

I like this Taco Bell out of the ones local to me.
Workers are joyful, youthful and ready to work. I remember few summers back I wanted those "frozen blasts/icees" here for my soccer team and I paid in advance to have them ready after practice and they did. Kept them perfectly frozen for the team.

Today just popped in for breakfast in the drive thru and food was a mobile order and i got my food ready and on time. Mobile order is a must for me now, with picky eaters, I choose what we want on our food.

Gave a specific order. Which is on the menu board.employee read it back. Paid for Food.got Home.and of course. Order was TOTALLY WRONG.and Forgot Half of my Order. Never Go to This Location AGAIN.

It is a busy Taco Bell the food is wonderful but my service was not as well as I thought it might be. They got my order wrong.

Same as all the rest they give you the wrong food half the time when you use the drive thru

Food is usual good for Taco Bell. 2 stars for repeatedly getting our drive thru orders wrong & we have 50-60 sauce pkts at home because they give you 10 for 1 taco & 20 when you say NO SAUCE PKTS!

DISGUSTING AFTERTASTE OF BURNT POO: Everyone knows the beans don't taste good any more. You can't cover it up by charging 50 cents more and adding sour cream to everything. STOP using a soy filler in the refried beans so they will be crave-able again instead of leaving that disgusting aftertaste of burnt poo in your customer's mouths.
